The service was very timely and efficient. The technicians did a wonderful job - I was in and out of the shop in less tham 15 minutes. I also bought my own oil and filter from Honda. I received a credit for providing my own oil and filter. I thought that was generous.

I was told my break pads were nonexistent, “metal on metal”. Having them reassessed, they are 3-4mm, requiring replacement but not in the emergent way described by jiffy lube employee. I don’t appreciate fear tactics as a way of marketing and selling services.

I came to Jiffy lube for a particular problem and, after spending $1100 for repairs, the problem still exists. I was very disappointed with the service.

I appreciated the professionalism and courteous customer service. My car repair/service assessment was explained to me prior to making recommendations or asking for payment. The wait time was more than half of time spent at dealership.

My car died 6 miles after I got an engine treatment and an oil top off, because my car had burned through the oil. Engine was total failure. While the failure was not jiffy lines fault, The mechanic I took towed it to said any decent person who worked with cars would have heard what my engine was doing and seen under the hood what was going on and would not have suggested an engine treatment. You got the last 50 bucks out of me, jiffy lube, good job.

Greetings, I visited your location and after leaving 20 minutes later returned because my heat stopped working. Ironically, I was provided with numerous reasons. But overall, I knew it was because my cabin filter was not put back in properly, which was difficult seeing how when it was shown to me by Mr. Mack. I had to buy a new one and yes I received a discount, but as I explained to the Manager, I should not have had to pay for it. I only came in for an oil change. I also recognize that your organization has to show items to customer to prove the concern, however, in this instance, this cost me $58.29. As distorted as the filter was when Mr. Mack showed it to me (almost in a U Shape) it was impossible for him to put it back in correctly. The fact that Mr. Mack offered a tire rotation, when I clearly needed tires; I reminded him of this fact. I think that I should not visit your Owings Mills location again. Ironically, after my cabin filter was replaced, my heat is now working. Regards, Alison Jones

The gentleman who greeted me was extremely polite and friendly. The crew took care of my truck in a timely manner. I was offered recommended services with no push to have them done. It is refreshing to not be hounded for extra stuff.
