Solid but expensive.
Typical chain service- go in for an oil change and get shown everything else wrong with your car. They were courteous, efficient, and did nothing wrong, but had to request them removing several items off of the invoice that weren't necessary. Not planning on coming back unless I can't get mobile mechanic (about the same price for an oil change and I don't need to leave my house).

An employee at the Pikesville Jiffy Lube “took” ( I don’t want to use the word stole) the rubber Honda keyfob cover from my key which I had bought from the dealer. How they thought it wouldn’t be recognized, I don’t know. They were all young, and I didn’t mention it. But I’ll never go back there.

I was told my oil couldn’t be changed because I had an oil leak. I had the oil change less than 1000 miles by jiffy lube and didn’t have an oil leak then or ever. I believe something was done that they don’t wanna fix or admit to.

The staff very very helpful and mindful of my needs as well as the car’s. Car was fixed and running like a dream. They were upfront about the cost and worked with me closely sovai truly understood.

The men are a pleasure to talk to and be around. There's nothing they won't do for you and they are extremely thorough in all the jobs they do. They even go that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and if you don't understand what is being said they will explain it to you. I truly love going there. With all the cars I have had, this is the only place that I would take them to.

I really like the service and the the workers the staff was really kind. I did not have to wait as long as I thought I would and they really got me a discounts which was very helpful. Finally, they were really helpful in letting me know what I needed to get done to my car so it was a it was an interesting experience I enjoyed it and I would recommend it to anyone.

When the gentleman called me up and spoke to me about what needed to be done on my car, I noticed the bottom line price. And boy was I surprised after the work was done And he called me up to pay for it and it was about $250 more than that bottom line I saw after he spoke to me.. turns out the last few things he talked to me about were not added to the list making the price higher. I said to him that he needed to add everything and make the bottom line exactly what someone will pay when they come up after the work is done. I'm sure other customers have experienced this because it seems to be a practice of theirs.. turns out I had to have some filters that they replaced removed to make the price what I expected it to be.

I came for an oil change and somehow, my front door handle was broken when they pulled the car out. The assistant manager ordered a new one and I need to go back tomorrow morning on my way to work to have it fixed. The people were very polite.
