Friendly place that is clean

Great facility. Friendly staff

Variety of classes. Aquafit classes offer 6 days weekly. Im retired and times are great. I have noticed floors in gym areas are not as clean as I feel they should be

Gym membership is expensive. Some equipment is missing in the gym but overall a good experience

Every one working there are so nice and friendly. They also are helpful with any questions as well as giving their classes. I had just joined and was looking for a certain room and a lady cleaning the windows on a door asked if she could help me and she did.....she was so polite and her smile was definately contagious.

Your pickleball schedule is NOT up-to-date on your website. I couldn't find anything at all on pickleball at your location. I know that there are some families that sign up for the family membership but the children do NOT live with their parents. I also know a family that was able to sign up for their family AND grandparents who even live at a different house than the rest of the family. So a total of 5 adults, family and grandparents, living at 2 separate addresses, end up paying the cheap price of a family membership. I think your staff needs to do their due diligent to check the credentials and verify IDs to make sure everyone's membership is correctly granted to avoid abusing the system.

Would like to see some corporate level reminders on change room etiquette. For example, dry off close to the shower area, not in front of your locker where you get everything wet.

1. Membership too expensive.
2. Swimming pool has been closed several times in the last 8 months.
I hope that there are no more hiccups.
3. If there is an increase in the fees, I will consider to cancel my membership.

Offer strength training classes geared to people with osteoporosis

I've told you many times. The whirlpool, saunas and showers are dirty and never properly cleaned. I tell everyone who asks me.

Staff are amazing at helping you figure out what is best for you and your body/health. Always very friendly and greet you with a smike

I swim and find sometimes it’s hard to get a lane because there are people doing water aerobics in a lane, can they not use the other pool for that and the lanes be for swimmers

Child minding at the Y has been a lifesaver for me during my postpartum era. Shoutout to Riley, Nikki, Joni, and Cheryl!

It’s just getting to be an expensive monthly cost. I really only have it for kids swimming lessons

Friendly staff

We have probably worked out in 100 different gyms across Canada but it has been rare to find a place that we have enjoyed as much as the Y. We are relatively new to Sarnia and we are experiencing a real sense of community through Y. The fitness facilities are excellent and well maintained as are the change rooms and facilities.

It is a nice clean facility. I am wishing there was a more cost effective pool pass for seniors. 100.00 dollars a month is getting beyond some of the seniors budgets. Yet they don't qualify for the" budget" pass!!
