I love the instructors and their attitudes and love how they encourage everyone!! Instructors here are wonderful!! The main things I would change is have a stretch/warm up period that is longer (we jump into difficult moves right away), have more moves using the actual bar (actual ballet movements), and have some more slower movements (stretching, yoga and isometric exercises moves - like wall sits - intermixed). We've done some wall sits at Pure Barre. Overall, we do so many small movements so quickly that I am torn if I should stat with Pure Barre. Since there is very little warm up built in or time for water break, the 50 minutes of the Classic class feels so long for me. I do like how the music allows you to coordinate all your exercises with the beat but would prefer more variety of music styles. It's definitely challenging and I do like that, aspect, and I realize most paid classes of this type probably do not have much in the way of stretching breaks or 3 minutes to grab water. Thank you for your consideration.

It is the best workout and the most supportive and welcoming community. I look forward to coming to the studio!
