I thought the program was great and the people that ran the program were also very nice and helpful. For me, I was looking for a more interactive program of joint exercises and discussions. I understand that the lessons and main focus of the program seemed to be using the "machine" equipment. This is something I have never enjoyed, obviously an "individual" program. I had just expected it to be exercise classes and group discussions with people outside the program as well as those in the program. Thank you for offering it.
