Staff is always great % welcoming. Equipment is well maintaned & the area is always clean.

Just a great spot clean well run friendly people

I am a member visiting from another branch, I found the gym very clean and bright and welcoming. The woman at the desk was very kind and friendly and showed me around. She asked me thoughtful questions and made it very easy for me to complete my workout. Thanks!

Great staff. Clean facilities with lots of available equipment and weights.

Easy access, reasonable rates, very clean exercise equipment and locker/shower area

I like the size, the equipment and the staff.

Clean facility, Excellent staff

Promote it more. Let the people in west London know that there is an alternative to London's Centre Branch or Stoney Creek.
It's a small facility and doesn't offer the same equipment as the other places I mentioned but it's not too bad if you happen to be in the area.
The Komoka centre itself with the hockey rinks and library is a wonderful facility.

Clean facilities. Great staff. Mix of equipment.

Longer hours on weekends. Gym closes at 100 pm be better opened until 5

Maybe have a trainer available to answer questions about equipment without having to book an appointment.

WE go to active agers. good group, friendly people. Excellent instructors.

I appreciate the additional evening group fitness classes that have been added over the past several months.

Great staff and facilities.

Would love more extended hours and a few extra strength machines.

Provide bigger area where members can do floor exercises

At the Komoka location; extended the times that you are open, have more variety of equipment, and at the Strathroy location upgrade/redo it.

Clean. Good mix of seniors and other age groups. Ample equipment that is well maintained. Approachable and knowledgeable staff and volunteers

wonderful staff.
Some equipment should be upgraded

Facility is always very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and always there to answer any questions I have had over my time at the Y!

Staff are friendly and are willing to go the "extra mile" in assisting you. Such attributes are very important to me.Surroundings in the gym are also kept clean, which again ,is important to me.

Enforce rules about cell phone use. Members talking on their phones while exercising

Very helpful staff and volunteers. Y-Thrive coaches are knowledgeable and supportive.

Conveniently located but weekend hours are too short, also if you are a serious lifter the equipment is lacking.

The morning activities are a tad early for me but I guess, the more mature people which are more likely to go there have decided the earlier time.
With work, the evening times are better.
