Staff are friendly and are willing to go the "extra mile" in assisting you. Such attributes are very important to me.Surroundings in the gym are also kept clean, which again ,is important to me.

Very helpful staff and volunteers. Y-Thrive coaches are knowledgeable and supportive.

Conveniently located but weekend hours are too short, also if you are a serious lifter the equipment is lacking.

The morning activities are a tad early for me but I guess, the more mature people which are more likely to go there have decided the earlier time.
With work, the evening times are better.

Your group fitness schedule is very lacking. I would like to see Group Power offered more often particularly at times for those who work - Saturday AM, early mornings or evenings.

It would be good if you could open at 7:00 am on Saturdays like you do on weekdays. And what about Saturday afternoons until 3 or 4 pm -- at least in the winter?
The machine for cable seated row and lateral pulldown always seems to be in demand, and there is only one of them.

My family loves this ymca, clean, welcoming staff.

My family enjoy open gym to play basketball in the evenings - We would also love if the hours were extended on sat and Sun til at least two or three.

You need a pec deck machine and the gym needs to be open later than 1pm on the weekend.

The ataff at the facilty that I attend are exceptional, friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities are clean and the equpment is well maitained . Hours of opening are convenient.

Hours of operation

Some of the staff are very welcoming while the others can't be bothered to look up to say hello or goodbye. Last week 2 of the hand sanitizer stations were empty, there were no little microfiber hand towels on the shelf and the upstairs bathroom garbage was outside of the bathroom, which wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't felt like I had to put my paper towel in the only other waste disposal which was the sanitary disposal. Kind of gross. The soap in the bathroom upstairs was also empty once that week. These seem like things that should be checked on frequently since so many are concerned about germs. I haven't seen any of these issues before a couple of weeks ago so I'm not sure what is different.

Great facility. I don't actually take part in the programs but like the wide range of workout stations and the cleanliness of the facility.

The Komoka wellness centre is a very convenient location. It has great amenities. I think the only thing we do not really like is the hours on the weekend. Closing the gym at 1 PM seems way too early. Could you consider opening later on the weekends so that people can do workouts in the afternoon?

I think the hours of operation for the fitness facilities could improve. Later nights especially. Also, maybe look into an infared sauna in the changerooms?

I would like more classes such as Tai Chi, Zumba or others that are every morning during the week at this location.

I am disabled and it is very difficult to manoeuvre around the equipment with my walker. I'd like to see a better selection of equipment as well. Weekend opening hours could be improved too. Like even if you were open an hour more it would be helpful.

I find the limited weekend hours a challenge to come in and use the facilities

I don't do any programs as I think too early for retired people eg 9 or 9:30. But I appreciate the friendliness of staff and the upkeep of the Y. It's convenient for me and I can drop in at the library on site.
