Both associates I dealt with were excellent, but in particular Sarah. She was so courteous and helpful. Appreciated her. I'm a old, big guy and she helped me find the right combination of everything. Well done.

It was ready on time and the fit was perfect

Everyone was very nice. That was excellent. But disappointed as in my pick up day the jacket sleeves were about an inch long. So they were going to take them in and asked me to return the next day. I did. Tried the jacket on and nothing has been done. So they apologized and said it would be done and I should come back later. I came back and it wasn’t done yet. They said to come the next day. I called before coming this time and they confirmed completion of the alteration. I didnt try it on at this final visit (my mistake) as they didn’t ask and I was in a hurry so I didn’t even think about it. The night of the event i put it on and find that again the alteration was not done. Kind of disappointing. Especially after multiple trips.

Orders for the party were messed up for everyone. My measurements were taken and the items still didn’t fit which required me to come back again. The clothing was very uncomfortable in hot weather. The shoes are very uncomfortable. The service from employees was leaving a lot to be desired. Every answer was “we have to re order that” or “well these are based on your measurements.” No accountability and no ability to make anything right. What kind of suit shop can’t perform a minor alteration on site? So no I will not be recommending Friar Tux to anyone.

From the Moment i Walked in i was Greeted and after Speaking With Jamie i KNEW i was in the BEST PLACE to Rent or Buy a Tux.
So Knowledgeable and i must Say so Professional and So Very Kind.
The Wedding i attended was a Black Tie Event. So Jaimie made sure i had EVERYTHING i Needed and to Look My BEST !!!!!

Pants were way to short. I did try them on but was in a rush. Didn’t realize until the day off so my fault. But they were so short I thought they were the wrong pants.

The rental was $250 for a weekend. Had I known it would be that much I would have just bought a tux. About 10 minutes for the ceremony, a button fell off. Not what you want for a $250 rental. I also asked if I could bring back the suit on a Monday, which the staff said was no problem. Then I got texts saying I was delinquent on Sunday.

Shirt did not fit me therefore I could not wear the jacket that I paid $120 for they only measured my neck and I was upset also due to the $70 credit you guys wanna give me I’d rather have a gift card

The service was professional, however the quality of the bowtie that I was given with the tuxedo was disappointing the edges were worn, I asked for a replacement and was given another one in similar condition. I ended up purchasing one. The bowtie makes the tuxedo there should be limited recycles or charge $10 or a new with the rental.

You gave me the wrong color suit. Not only did I have the wrong color the whole wedding party was given the wrong color suit to what the bride and groom selected.

The Glendale location was great, the staff there was friendly. Unfortunately, my decision is based off the Downey location where my order was placed. The staff did not help me at all rushed me and in the end I was not satisfied with the way the suit fit, I ended up canceling my order and going somewhere else. Terrible experience thanks to your Downey location.

The service was not that great. They didn’t even show us how to put in the handkerchief whereas another person in my wedding party picked it up at a different location and the service was so amazing all the stuff they did for him there.

You have the wrong email address and it has never been able to be corrected and the system will NOT stop sending emails.

The man that works there, forget his name unfortunately but he has longer dark hair. He is a pro. Nice and friendly and made the process easy. Great at his job.

The only problem I had was that you couldn’t find my name. My name is Robert and it was under Bob and your employer took 15 minutes to figure it out.

Friar Tux changed my card like if I didn’t returned the tux, I have the receipt that I returned it and an email saying thank you for returning, but my bank card being charged like if didn’t. Very disappointing.

Been coming to Friar Tux for all our formal wear needs since our wedding over 30 years ago to my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Friar Tux service and selection of formal wear is and always has been top notch.

Had a large party to fit and had a couple of jacket size complaints...but other than that, the staff was excellent and accommodating towards the parties time once they entered the store. Very quick and efficient in sizing and getting us all on our way.

Staff are extremely helpful, kind courteous knowledgeable, each time I’ve rented a tux, everything has been perfect. My only suggestion is that BNA men’s formal wear shop staff should probably be wearing slacks and shirts that are pressed or ironed.

Jonathan was excellent and knows what he’s doing. The service was good and very understanding and flexible regarding return times.

For a group of 8 groomsmen who were supposed to be matching, they sent one person the wrong pocket square, 2 people different shoes that didn’t match, and 3 separate people had buttons fall off of their suit jackets because they were so poorly made. In addition, they didn’t come at the requested measurements, and friar tux doesn’t cover more than $15 for temporary hems, knowing they send stuff out wrong

You guys had the wrong color shoes for all the groomsman. Forgot the hankerchief for one of our groomsmen and forgot the Grooms belt. Made our lives very hectic on top of all the responsibilities we had as a bridal party.

The Tux was old and had a rip in the sleeve. Heavy material. Felt like a tux from the 1980’s
Manager Dennis was nice, but someone should be checking their tux’s before they get shipped out

Everyone at Friar tux was extremely helpful and everything turned out great on my wedding day. Only issue was we switched the groomsmen’s pocket square to a sage green and ordered 6 of them but on the day of the wedding we realized we were only given 5. We ended up not using them in the end
