It's a friendly, clean and organized space to do you exercise.
Possible afternoon sunday class in the schedule. Membership pricing promos. Feeling the $ pressure of everything in general.
I love my pure barre fairfield!
The community & family feeling! Sad to be taking a break due to cost & finances but I hope I can return
Variety of classes, kind and welcoming staff
I love the community of strong women who support and celebrate each other!
Great product. Wonderful options in format. However, weekends, when most people are off from work, there are very limited classes and almost always booked. There are allot of members that come regularly, plus people that can only come on the weekends and there isn't a lot of room with only a few classes. There needs to be more attention to classes availability and meeting client needs.
Good workout, only woomen
The classes, the teachers and the pb community- basically everything:)
Great exercise, wonderful people
Studio cleanliness
Pure barre is the total package workout. You enter each workout knowing arms, core, seat, and legs will be used. And the multiple platforms of workouts offered allow your weeks to be challenging and never boring. I've been going religiously for 10 years and love it more now than when I started.
I just completed class number 1,500. It's the only workout routine I've started and stayed commited to in my life. I love the variety of workout programs and the community of women (and a few men). I've made lots of friends but most of all I'm stronger and healthier thanks to Pure Barre.
I love everything from the staff and to the class options. I love that there are a few class styles to choose from and I really enjoy the fact that the templates change every few weeks. It keeps classes interesting and never boring.
Clean place Friendly staff Great instructors
Ive been part of Pure Barre for over 10 years. I love the Fairfield CT studio, the teachers and the classes offered. For almost a year now many members including myself who take Define regularly have requested for more weights. The Fairfield CT studio has a lot of 10lb weights, but many of us have worked up to heavier weights by taking this class consistently. There are at least 8-10 of us that take Define regularly and are all looking for 12, 15 and 20 lb weights and there are probably only 2-3 sets of each. The most surprising thing is that we have left messages, asked in person and emailed (including the manager) and have had no change. This is going on a year now! First we were told we would not be getting additional weights and people started to bring their own from home (like literally carrying 2 x 20 lb weights to class each week) and then we were told they were on backorder, but that was months ago. This is really shocking and as a result members are leaving. There are a lot of boot camp offerings in Fairfield that because we can not get a good workout in a Define class limited to 10lb weights, you are losing members to other options in town. I know the manager of the studio is aware, but am wondering if the owner is aware that they are losing regular and long term members due to a few sets of weights! Its extremely frustrating, that as a member it feels we are being ignored for something that seems like a simple ask Maureen
I find Pure Barre to be motivating. Each class is an individual challenge, but there is support from teachers & the client community that is inspiring .
The studio feels like it is teetering on the precipice of failure. There are not enough teachers and not enough classes. Classes start late and are often chaotic. Many classes are practically empty and there's no evidence that the studio is doing anything to recruit new clients. The facility itself is often dirty, including the bathroom and the carpet in the studio area itself. None of the things that made Pure barre fun or special are happening anymore. No milestone celebrations, no fun social media posts, no themed classes, no seasonal socks, no bringing in outside vendors, no snacks/drinks. We have a wonderful community who is very invested in the success of this place, but everyone is worried and management is not doing enough to put down the rumors or inspire confidence that this is a functioning business. A longtime classmate recently said to me that every day she walks up to the studio expecting there to be a "closed permanently" sign on the door. This does not make people feel good about the studio and it's distracting from the experience. In addition, I often think that if I were a new client coming to the studio for the first time, I would never return. It's all very sad. Thank you for soliciting feedback.
Love the variety of workouts and the extremely friendly, helpful staff. So glad I joined!
Truly wonderful expert friendly staff and instructors. The best. Love this place.
Great instructors and classes are just what I expected!
Great classes and instructors.
The instructors are welcoming and the workouts are challenging!
The instructors and staff are all incredibly kind and great at their jobs. The classes are fun and rewarding and I've really enjoyed going.
I love walking in and being acknowledged with a smile and positive attitude. The workouts are fun and I feel so accomplished when I leave.
The community, the atmosphere and the classes are amazing! Every class is challenging but fun and rewarding!
I love the North Andover Pure Barre because the staff and instructors are so inviting and warm. The classes are varied and the instructors pay attention to your form and they want you to succeed in all the classes. I have met some really wonderful people in the Pure Barre community.
I like that I can go to any PB studio in the country and can get a consistent workout. All of the instructors are trained to give ques to ensure everyone uses the proper form when doing the various moves. I have never been to a studio that isn't friendly and welcoming therefore encouraging each participant to return regardless of how challenging the workouts can be.
It is a great community! The instructors are engaged and helpful always.
Strong sense of community Terrific instructors Thoughtful corrections during classes Overall supportive vibe All ability levels are welcome
Classes are excellent.
More define classes on the schedule 7 days a week. Some classes have too many people and a warmer, friendlier, and more welcoming environment that encourages participation, builds a sense of community, and creates a positive experience for everyone.
Variety of classes, more often
I have provided feedback in an email 9/14. No response. Dear Pure Barre Newton Team, I wanted to share some feedback after a recent class where I arrived about two minutes after the scheduled start time and found the studio door locked. I understand punctuality matters for class flow, but I'd like to raise two things: Safety concern: Locking the studio door during class raises a fire/life-safety question â in the event of an emergency, a locked door could delay someone getting in to help or getting out quickly. I'd ask that this practice be reviewed against any applicable fire code or occupancy requirements for the space. A little more flexibility for occasional lateness: Newton is not a rural area â this is a city location with real traffic congestion and school buses making frequent stops. On top of that, the studio doesn't provide its own parking, so members have to find street parking and pay the meter before walking in, which adds another couple of minutes that's outside anyone's control. Those minutes add up, and even leaving with plenty of buffer doesn't always account for a school bus stopped ahead, city streets being repaired without warning, or a line at the parking meter. This isn't a regular habit for me â it happens rarely and unplanned. I'd really appreciate a short grace period, or at least the ability to quietly slip in a couple of minutes late, rather than being locked out entirely. I value my membership and the studio experience, and wanted to raise this constructively so it can be considered going forward. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Alina Monisov
Instructors are amazing
What I love most about Pure Barre is that it's more than just a workout. It's a mind-body connection that challenges me both physically and mentally. Every class pushes me to build strength, improve my endurance, and discover what my body is capable of. What makes the experience even more special is the instructors. They are genuinely caring, encouraging, and always ready to motivate you, especially when you feel like giving up. I love how they take the time to help with proper form and celebrate even the smallest progress. No matter how challenging a class may be, I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of myself. Pure Barre has become something I truly look forward to because it gives me time to focus on myself and my well-being.
Super welcoming, the times available for classes are perfect, and the instructors are top notch in what they do, they're great at giving modifications and praising people.
Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and positive/encouraging training staff. PB staff and others who work out with me are generally respectful and sociable.
I love the way it makes me feel Physically & mentally
love the different varieties
I love the community I've become part of. The staff and clients at this location specifically has shown me support, love and care. The workout itself is amazing - I've never felt so strong before. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I love PB Millburn!
It works my whole body in 50 minutes.
Classes, teachers, energy of the studio: all are a 10/10. My favorite place to work out!
The classes, the people, the studio is clean. It's in a handy location.
It would be nice to see the schedule updated at least 2 weeks out instead of 1 month at a time. The October schedule seemed to come out quite late. Also, maybe automatically flag to instructors when someone is new or new to a class type. I didn't think to say something, but probably should have done so they would know why I looked lost at times.
Great instructors and vibe. I do Define and Classic at Wellesley. I can only do mornings. Mid week I'd love some classic classes to be replaced with an Empower, Reform or Align. Mix it up a bit from just taking classic ones. No change please to Define times/days and those classes, Define is the best!!!!!!!
The schedule is not ideal for working parents
Love the workout! Everyone who works there is so friendly.
I love pure barre and am so happy with my studio - the manager is great, the teachers are amazing and there is a good variety of classes offered, but please offer more reform! And late classes on Wednesdays. Thanks!
I like the supportive and encouraging environment with the instructors and other participants. The workouts can also be challenging
