Love the cleanliness of the pool. I drive from Sarnia , just for this!

The staff are very organized, friendly and come up new games every week to challenge our fine moral skills as well as memories. The snacks and meals at boomers are well balanced and delicious. I have met many lovely people at the Y and would be pretty lonely without them

I enjoy the swimming classes and the instructors really make a great effort to get into it and make them fun!

Love the Petrolia location. So much larger than my home location with more equipment and pools.

Im a happy customer, but not a happy customer. I was in the Petrolia Site last Wednesday with my son and we were in the gym shooting baskets, he had his shirt off, which I agree with your policy on that, what I dont agree with was the conduct in which it was handled by your employee with dark hair and was between the front counter and the workout room, so she walked in and told my son to put his shirt back on, which im ok with, but then she proceeded to threaten to kick him out of it happened again, I thought that was a little much, then she stood in the doorway starring him down and it was clear she was trying to FLEX or intimidate him. I was there and was I n shock, but I hope this actually reaches someone of importance and is dealt with. This is where im not a happy customer and im hoping this isnt a repeated pattern from her.

I do Aquafit as much as possible, yoga and Light and Lively, it helps mt body!

Need to add newer weight machines and expand the workout area.

I enjoy the light and lively classes, lane swim, and aquafit. The intructors are all great.

I would be interested in learning Tai Chi if it was offered as a class at the Y.

Friendly staff , clean

I am a little disappointed that it has taken more than a month to replace a cable on the Matrix cable machine which is widely used by the members.

There are too many schedule changes to keep track of when you have adult times to swim

I primarily use the weight room, but have never had a problem with the equipment or access to any machines.

Well, you do need to be in the right financial position to afford a membership...especially families, so I am sympathetic to that fact and don't go off spouting membership to people I know who can't afford it!

I like the size of the facility and the location. It’s a clean and bright atmosphere and the instructors are energetic and engaging.

So far I have been very impressed with the service offered,nice staff, and how clean the building is.

I always feel welcome coming to the Y. I especially appreciate the wonderful janitor they have there, Jack, I believe is his name. He goes above and beyond and I always see him working hard. I am amazed at how spotless all parts of the facility are and it truly makes my visit more comfortable. (The man deserves a raise!!) I like the community-feel they have as well and I look forward to coming back everytime.
