The hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great workout where you can feel at home.

The Classic is my go to. It never gets easy so I keep getting stronger. I like it because the equipment is uncomplicated and the class flow is consistent. My home studio in Athens, Georgia, is a true community. I love the staff and instructors. They are kind and happy young women. Clients are free to modify exercises to prevent injuries. Our classes usually have women of all ages, from sorority sisters to seniors. We support and cheer each other on.

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I find it motivating to be around people from all walks of life that have come together for a common goal.

The instructors are all so kind and helpful!

Supportive environment. I have seen results from the workouts. Enjoy there are women there if all ages. Convenient to my work.

The consistency of the quality of the classes and instructors. Plus the good selection of different classes.

I love everything Pure Barre! The workouts, the instructors, the community you become a part of. It's become a big part of my lifestyle. The sessions are short but intense so it is easy to fit classes in before or after work and I always leave feeling like I got a good workout.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the challenge each class brings.

I've been a client of Pure Barre Athens for over 10 years. It keeps my body strong and flexible (for a woman of my age). The Athens studio is staffed with kind, positive, and energetic women. I have never been disappointed by the quality of instruction. The consistency of instruction is why Pure Barre works so well. I have taken classes at PB studios in various states while traveling and never feel at a loss about how to do any exercise the instructor calls for. Pure Barre offers several types of classes using different apparatus depending on strength goals. My favorite is Classic which requires two hand weights, a stretchy double tube and a squishy ball. The beauty of Pure Barre Classic is that it never gets easier. The harder you work, the better the results. It feels impossible the first few classes, but once your body learns the basic movements and muscle contractions, you feel you strength build from a steady foundation. Finally, there is never any shame for modifying exercises to prevent pain or injury, or while learning. All sizes and shapes (etc.) are welcome. It is a safe exercise methodology for young and old bodies, alike. "You are stronger than you think!"

Pure Barre is an amazing mind/body workout. I will be 60 years old in a few months and have some bone density issues. Attending classes regularly has helped me get stronger and feel much more confident and energetic. Most importantly, my bone density is improving. I'm grateful for all the wonderful, knowledgeable, and encouraging instructors and the entire pure barre community.

the instructors are amazing!

Love the group classes

Challenging

Pure Barre is the place to be! It's been such an amazing experience! The instructors take the time to really get to know YOU and make sure that you have the best experience during class! I truly have enjoyed my experience and feel the best I've ever felt! So much so that I'd pay the highest membership fee to be apart of the team!

I have enjoyed my pure barre classes for about 12 years. In different states. The classes have strong instructors who are knowledgeable. The classes have a good variety of formats.

I love the instructors, the workouts, and the studio is always clean and organized!

Athens Pure Barre is amazing. The entire team is so kind, professional, very helpful and always encouraging. They have created a great atmosphere to support your exercise/workout routine in whatever stage you may be at. I enjoy going to the studio and working out. I feel better physically and mentally once I'm finished. Thanks PB Athens :]

I love pure barre! Very encouraging, positive, and kind environment. Fun music, strong teachers, and great workout. I've never been this strong in my life.

Pure Barre is my happy place! The workouts are always challenging, the teachers encouraging, and the vibes A++. I'm thankful for this community of incredibly strong and kind humans.

After searching for something postpartum I was looking for great workouts with a welcoming community. Was it hard in the beginning? Yes! Is it hard and am I still shaking? YES but I feel sooo strong!! This is truly something I look forward to every morning. PB ATH always knows how to be your biggest cheerleader. I am thankful to have become a dedicated member of this group!

I love getting to feel challenged each and every time I walk into the studio. I am met with a smiling face at the front desk and encouraged to step outside my comfort zone in every class format. I love getting to take alongside some of my closest friends and enjoy the strength I gain after every class.

Varied formats of classes. I also like the low impact. For medical issues I cannot jump or run and this format is great for me! I have seen changes in my body over time. I also want to focus on my posture and muscle mass.

It is always challenging and the perfect stress relief for me!

The environment and results!!

I love how every instructor brings a different flare to every single class!
