Great teachers, friendly staff. The room we were in smelled horrible! Are these rooms properly cleaned? I have noticed over the last few months more sticky surfaces, more spots and stains. I understand that people work out and sweat here but it is not an inviting environment when the room stinks before the class even starts and the floor is sticky. I pay a lot of money and spend a lot of time here, would be nice if the studio was kept up with!

I'm not sure what has been happening, but ever since we got this new teacher the music is louder and louder every week. Last week I came home with a head ache. This week I was sick to my stomach by the time the class was over. Why does it have to be so loud?!?

I signed up hoping for a welcoming place to build strength, but my first month has been disappointing. As a beginner, I often struggled to follow the movements, and the instructors moved on without checking my form or explaining modifications. Everyone was friendly at check-in, but I didn’t feel supported once class started.

The evening classes have also felt crowded. There wasn’t much room between people, and it was sometimes difficult to hear instructions over the music. On a couple of visits, the mats and equipment didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned between classes.

Scheduling has been frustrating too. The after-work classes I can attend are frequently waitlisted, so I haven’t been able to use my membership as much as I expected. I also received a late cancellation charge when I thought I had canceled in time. I contacted the studio for clarification but haven’t received a clear explanation.

I like the idea of the workout, but for the membership price, I expected more individual guidance, better class availability, and more responsive communication. Right now, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it to a friend.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, but over the past few months, it seems like things have really gone downhill. The new instructor isn’t very friendly or motivating.

Lack of cleanliness and unprofessional staff

I love my Pure Barre studio! The instructor's are wonderful and it is a great total body workout!! Come try it, you will love it!

I love PBB so much! It's definitely become my "third place" outside of home and work. All the teachers are wonderful. I also love all the programming outside of classes that gets announced in the monthly newsletters. Can't wait to attend a barre at the bar soon! <3

The community is supportive and seeing other class participants in all stages of life encouraging each other makes each workout fulfilling both physically and mentally.

Awesome Community Awesome workouts Awesome Instructors

I love the community, the recognition of you attending classes and the personalization. I feel like people are really caring about you rather than as just another gym member. The classes are small, excellent instructors, clean studio, upbeat, friendly environment. I am going because I enjoy it but also because this personalization leads to a sense of accountability. I also love the goals/challenges that are set up to keep you motivated. Very positive experiences so far!
