Classes, teachers, energy of the studio: all are a 10/10. My favorite place to work out!

Love the variety of classes and the positivity of the instructors. One thing I would change - I miss Define choreo where we used the heavier weights. The last few weeks, it has felt a little more cardio intensive with more complex sequences.

Love that classes actually get more challenging the more you take, supportive community, friendly and supportive staff

The teachers are WONDERFUL: they are skilled, patient, friendly, and motivating. The class offerings are varied, so I can choose a harder or lighter class depending on what my body needs that day. The atmosphere is so welcoming to all bodies, ages, and levels of ability. Everyone is made to feel capable and welcome. Front desk staff are always happy to see me, which makes a difference when I'm about to do something difficult and tiring! They motivate me and keep a positive vibe going at the studio.
