I joined Pure Barre 2 years ago. I love it! It is a great community. Hands on instructors! I rocked my Pure Barre body at my son's wedding this Fall. Thank you Pure Barre for believing in me. Yes, I can do it! Geri
Barre is incredible. Wonderful workout. The best community!
The community and the challenge of the workout.
The Barretenders, teaching crew, playlists, new friends, motivating challenges, and that there's no "routine" to the routine. I'm not just excited to be in class, my days are made better just knowing that I'll be on my way to the studio in X hours!
I like so many things! I love the different offerings - classic is different from define, reform, align, and empower, and yet still similar. Together, they create a comprehensive exercise routine that sculpts and tones. I really love the teachers who meticulously watch form and push us to work harder. Last, the community is what brings me back to the studio. It's filled with genuine and caring people who celebrate and support each other. PBVT is my happy place!
I like having a place to go and working out with caring instructors who keep the pace and keep us all in form.
I love pure barre . It's the type of workout that makes me be consistent and disciplined . Each class and format has helped me improve my overall wellbeing and performance. I am grateful to be a part of this experience.
The community and how hard it is! I also loved that the class format changes every couple of weeks to keep things fresh
I love the Pure Barre community! It is so lovely to come in and have people know my name and to see familiar faces. Everyone is so kind (and a special shout out to Emma!!!)
I am addicted to Pure Barre!! The community, support, and intensity are unmatched. The instructors are so personable and knowledgeable. Each class somehow gets more challenging than the last in the best way possible. PBVT rocks!!!
Pure Barre has helped with my balance and core strength. It has elongated and strengthened all my muscles. As a trauma patient 5 years ago, with many broken bones, I firmly believe that if it wasn't for my Pure Barre muscles, I would have had to have my leg amputated. Today I have all limbs, and I don't walk with a limp. Pure Barre is for all ages and makes you feel wonderful!
The atmosphere in the studio - both the physical aspects: clean, beautiful, cheerful and the vibes: cheerful, welcoming, consistent! I love the workout - always challenging, always humbling, always strengthening! I love the teachers.
Community. Variety. Feeling fabulous. I've made so many friends at Pure Barre and while it was my rock during the pandemic, I was really happy to get back into the studio. With five formats, there's no way to get bored and even within each format there are always new moves to surprise your muscles and exercise your brain. In my mid-50s, I'm in the best shape of my life and it's in large part thanks to Pure Barre.
Most of my time is spent trying to keep up during class and then it's over. I would say the family atmosphere, meaning staff members are motivated and will come over and help me with a position that is challenging. They know some of this stuff takes lots of patience and reps to get better at. Telling me where on by body that I should feel the work is a game changer. I'm a guy and secretly don't mind being a minority or the only one for most of the classes that I'm scheduling lately.
Incredible classes, and every instructor is fantastic! I love the range of workout types offered across the various class formats, from Define to Align. Define, in particular, feels like a workout a personal trainer would design for me, but with the added motivation and energy you can only get from working out with a group.
The variety of classes, welcoming environment and the wide range of class times.
The community and how it makes me feel. It's the only form of exercise that I have ever stuck withâ¦3 years.
The workouts are excellent, and most of the instructors are focused on form and are very inspirational. The community is the best part of PB VT - I've made lifelong friends who motivate me even when I don't want to go to class.
I love the community of women who are supportive, encouraging, uplifting, inspiring and dedicated. I also like the diversity of classes and teaching styles.
Everything! The community, the work out, what I learn about my body, the ability to check out and check into myself.
The workout and the incredible community.
Barre besties , teachers, music, fun work out
Since I end up talking about my love for Pure Barre in most of my everyday conversations, I recommend Pure Barre all the time! It's my me-time experience and a 50-minute chance to think of nothing else but my form and giving 100% to the exercise. I've been a dedicated PBer for almost nine years and love the challenges throughout the year. I travel for work and it's fabulous to visit another PB studio for a class and, because the lingo for the moves is consistent, I never miss a beat. The friends I've made through PB are the best and we've grown close to celebrate life's gifts and challenges outside the studio. I'm in the best shape EVER in my mid-50s and owe a big chunk of that success to Pure Barre.
I love the South Burlington studio. Love the ambiance and trainers! They're all friendly and encouraging. The classes are challenging and they change them up enough so it's hard to plateau.
It's a full body workout for any age
