I like the low impact workout

I've loved my experience at Pure Barre so far! I was wanting somewhere I could move my body judgement free and as someone who is a super beginner in working out, Pure Barre has been the best thing! Everyone I've met is so kind and encouraging and the best part is you feel so good after! I'm excited to keep coming.

How personal, kind, welcoming the staff is

I've really enjoyed my experience at Pure Barre. The workouts are challenging, but I can already feel myself getting stronger with every class. The instructors are encouraging, and the atmosphere is friendly without being intimidating. Everyone is respectful and focused, which makes it easy to come in, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished. Definitely one of the best decisions I've made for my health.

I love the different class styles that bring variety targeting different muscles. The variety also stimulates creativity and fights boredom that may come with an exercise routine. It's a great way to start your day and I am so thankful it's part of my daily routine.

There is a wide variety of classes and all of them are very good. You never get a bad workout. All of the instructors are excellent at what they do and very motivating. There is also a wide variety of ages present in all classes. Love Pure Barre!
