I love the variety of class types and the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable! Every class is challenging even after years of taking classes. There is a great sense of community at Pure Barre and that keeps me coming back

Challenging but not exhausting..easy on joints.(mostly).

The intense, challenging workouts at different levels

The classes, the energy of the instructors and the studio is always clean.

Pure Barre has a great community support system to keep you engaged in the process of becoming a stronger you( mind body & soul) !

this is a great full body workout. the instructors are amazing!! try it!!!

I love how inclusive the environment is, and how body positive they are. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating of any injuries people may have, and they are always happy to provide modifications if need be. There is a class type for everyone, from beginner to seasoned member, and the variety of classes offered as well as the frequency make it easy to choose which class format and time works best for your schedule. My mobility has greatly improved since becoming a member in 2023, my chronic pain is easier to manage, and I love how I look, all thanks to joining this incredibly supportive and positive community.

Classic Class is great.. I didn't think I could catch up but Surprise, I think I do great for 60+ yo 😊

Well-rounded overall fitness for strength and flexibility, and a bit of cardio. A MUST type of fitness for women given our multi-faceted and multi-tasking lives, generally speaking -- the ability to move in all sorts of ways for many years is essential.

I love the classes, but the facility is very old and run down. There's almost no room to change, and there is only one old bathroom. I love Barre, but the building itself leaves a lot to be desired.

As someone who was never an exercise (or sports) enthusiast, the past 3 years (being with Pure Barre) has changed my life. Before exercise was just a chore to me...something I just didn't want to do. People would talk about exercise & to me it just came off as bragging or endless droning on & on. That was before... That was before I connected with exercise from the inside out. Pure Barre is the only exercise program/regimen that has brought me pure euphoria...truly the only way to describe it. Even when I'm struggling, I still love it. "It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it great."...channeling A League of Their Own". It got me healthy enough & happy enough to expand my horizons to 5K's. I may one day go beyond that. An added bonus, it's fun to shop for clothes now. 😁

In a word everything! The formats for all of the barre classes are a complete workout for the whole body. The instructors are very much in tune with all the platforms insuring each class is perfect! I'm so very happy I found a routine that offers a total package that delivers results each and every time! Thanks y'all 😊

Denise & team always create a welcoming and empowering environment. They're endlessly available for any and all needs. Hope to continue here for a long time.

The class styles and instructors

Every class challenges me in a new way, and I always leave feeling stronger.

Great classes and you always feel welcome and included. Instructors always know your name and greet you

Group fitness in a friendly encouraging studio.

I love the inclusivity and the friendliness of the instructors, and I have a great time competing in the challenges they have throughout the year.

Cooler temperature, more classes in the PM, Limit number of people for each class.

Pure barre challenges me with every work out. No matter how long you have been doing pure barre it never gets easier but you feel your body getting stronger and stronger. Pure barre can be done at any age!! It's a mind body connection which makes it one of the best work outs i have ever done

Good overall body workout with resistance, stretching, balance and a little cardio that keeps me well-rounded physically and able to continue other athletic activities as I get older.

Pure Barre is my new favorite workout! I love how friendly the staff and instructors are!!!!

Every class is challenging. Several types of classes offered. ALWAYS a great workout!

There is something about it that makes such a difference. I love the workouts and how they make me feel. I am so much stronger after six months—in my core and in my arms and legs. I turned 64 yesterday but I'm feeling so limber and lean and strong. The instructors are smart and make small instructions to maximize the workout and to keep it safe. It is always hard to get there but once I walk through the door I just follow along and leave happy. I'm hooked.

I love Pure Barre. The energy is contagious. I love that I can just zone out and go through the motions.

Classes are challenging, everyone is made to feel welcome and valued. Every instructor knows your name. Very friendly atmosphere.!
