Everything! From the convenience of the location in Elk Grove, to the welcoming and experienced staff and instructors, to the variety and intensity of the workouts themselvesâ¦it's an encouraging, supportive, and empowering environment that has kept me coming back for years! I also love that it remains challenging and I can see how my body has transformed and strengthened over time. A surprise that I didn't expect was how much it helped with my mental health and emotional wellbeing too. Grateful to have found this amazing communityâ£ï¸
