I love the formats (Classic, Empower, Strength, Reform), I love the "vibe", it is a fun, all are welcome environment. I love the owner, Shannon and all the instructors. It is a consistent, on time, fun environment with great music to keep everyone motivated for the 50 minutes.

This is all I need , so many classes to choose from I've been doing Pure Barre for 12 years and I still always feel the workout , the burn ⦠and when I need to modify something, that works too . Once you try it you're hooked .

The formats are great (especially Classic, Empower, Strength and Focus). These classes give a full body workout with variety to each individual experience. The staff are wonderful as well as my fellow members. Everyone is kind and supportive no matter your level of fitness. Finally, Pure Barre is effective while being low impact.

--Definitely good for your physique and mental state. --Classes continue to challenge me and never really get easier...yes... that's a good thing! -- 50 minute format is good...fast and effective. enjoy classic and define. --Instructors are excellent...especially new younger girls without egos --Estero Studio is clean and well-maintained.
