Small classes where the instructors know me.
The instructors are fantastic and the workouts are effective.
Literally everything. I do wish you would bring back the classic classes at noon on Saturday or Sunday!
Community and variety.
I have been going to PBF since it opened in 2018. I love the variety of classes, the teachers and the effectiveness of the workouts. It is place that makes me feel welcome and I have made very strong friendships there.
I love the encouragement of the instructors, the non judgemental zone, the variety of classes to choose from, and the convenience of attending (less than 10 minutes from my house)!
There's so much to say about Pure Barre in Frederick. It's truly a place where women of all ages and abilities can build or maintain a foundation of strength, balance, and mental well-being. Every instructor is kind, helpful, and willing to make sure each participant feels welcome and comfortable. They also bring a sense of humor and fun to each class. Over the years, I have watched mothers and daughters, grandmothers, and friends take classes and enjoy fellowship before and after. I recently had a surgery that required eight weeks of rest, no Pure Barre. It was a struggle mentally but the strength and flexibility gained over the last three years helped my post surgery recovery. I am forever promoting Pure Barre to friends, colleagues and strangers. As women, it is important for us to maintain our bodies and minds as we continue to take this journey called life.
The guidance of the instructors. The positive atmosphere. The variety of workouts. The strength I feel when I finish a workout. The only thing I wish to see is a location open up near me in North Frederick. Currently it's about a 20 minute drive one way. I started end of April of this year and I'm hooked! I love Pure Barre!
Friendly atmosphere
I love that it's challenging, the instructors are kind and give good feedback on form for us new to barre, I feel welcomed by the ladies at the front, and I enjoy that it's a positive atmosphere.
It is a total body workout and includes strength, balance, and mobility and flexibility. Everything includes core strengthening. There are always modifications, making it accessible for EVERYONE! The music and instructors are motivating. It's a supportive community and I am definitely hooked!
Pure Barre has helped me to recover from an injury so I can get back to running. It supplements my running very well and I am hoping to see improvement on the road because of what I'm doing at Barre. I love that I can take as many classes as I want to during the week and that they vary in intensity. I work from home and have a demanding schedule and a busy family. It helps that I can go when it works for me, see some familiar faces and get a great workout.
The studio is friendly and holds a good mix of classes. I specifically enjoy Define. I definitely feel stronger and see a marked improvement in my balance. Attending class makes my day better!!
Small classes and instructors who recognize me.
I love the different class options and the community that is built.
Amazing instructors. Classes that work total body. Community of great barre ladies!
If you want to feel amazing in 50 minutes, this is the place for you. This is my favorite workout that I have ever done and I always feel great afterwards. The staff and owner (Angie) are all phenomenal. They are so friendly and really do a great job.
I really wish they offer Saturday classes at earlier times Like 6 am Saturday is the day with less classes so far
I love the variety of classes, the change in choreography frequently do your body doesn't get used to it. The teachers are awesome and friendly and I like being able to come at 5:30am to get my day started. I have been for almost 8 years and it still burns.
I love the class structure and instructors are amazing!
The staff, the flow of classes, everything is great!
It's a welcoming environment. I love the class varities. The Trainors are awesome. I appreciate the different time slots. I only wish there was a studio in North Frederick. It's a 20 minute drive for me to get across town.
Everything! The community, the instructors, and the diversity of class offerings, and so much more! I look forward to walking into the studio every time!
Variations of great exercises with awesome instructors.
I started Pure Barre to supplement my physical therapy while recovering from a running injury, and it quickly helped me rebuild strength without aggravating my knee. Now I appreciate it even more for how it supports my joints and improves my flexibility. It's helping me feel stronger and more balanced as I work toward getting back to runningâand staying injury-free long term.
