I have EDS and I have been wanting something to replace my physical therapy, without which I would be in daily pain. The physical therapy I had been doing was physiologically discouraging, it was always the same and I was by myself. I didn't feel confident enough to go to a gym because I thought I would hurt myself somehow. My aunt has EDS and goes to pure barre in a different state, so I gave it a try. I am pain free and enjoying it! The instructors know me and help me modify as needed. I feel like I am investing in my health and future with my membership. I want others with EDS to hear that it helped me and I think it could help them too.

I've told all my friends how great pure barre is. A great workout in 50 min! All ages and levels can do it! And I love how the instructors remember your name.

I have been going to Pure Barre since the doors opened at the Fredericksburg location. The thing that I've always loved about barre, that set it apart from a regular gym, was the personalization and attention to each member. Having the instructors correct positions and helping me make little tweaks to get the most out of my workout is what keeps me coming back…however, I have noticed a decline in that personal attention which is why I gave a 7 rating. The instructors are still wonderful however I wish they would give more corrections.

The whole experience...the coaches, social connections, class variety, and empowerment keeps me coming back for more:) Pure Barre offers it all!

I love the variety of workouts (Reform is my absolute favorite!) and I love how they've made me stronger. I also love the PB community. I've been lucky to do PB for nearly 15 years off and on as I have moved around and I am definitely stronger at 45 than I was at 30!

I love the challenge to my body, the strength I'm building and the incredible staff!

The staff and instructors are so welcoming and genuinely care about their clients. Very friendly environment all around!

The sense of community and the support each class offers. All are welcomed!

Everything!! all the classes are perfect and work your whole body. you get different classes every 2 weeks or so. and the instructors are very helpful in showing you the right way.

I joined to get in shape ! What I got was friendship and the excitement of sharing what I found with others. I started in January of 2026, I already hit 100+ classes and signed up 2 friends! I enjoy the pop-ups and the convenience of the class schedule! And the instructors are all top qualified to give us the attention we all need to better ourselves! Thanks PURE BARRE !!!!

Besides the "Yes You Can" environment express throughout each and every class, no matter the level of difficulty ... I respect and appreciate the kind friendly environment that is felt as one walks through the front door.

Variety of classes. How instructors can help find safe alternatives when needed

I love the mix of exercise and I love the energy in the room! Also, I really love the instructors who push us to give ourselves grace!

I am not disappointed in Pure Barre, it is just very expensive and I don't think that many are able to commit to that monthly fee. I had taken classes at a local studio while down in Florida for a week and now get emails from them - our fees in Fredericksburg are higher than in Orlando.

I love the community and how the instructors have modifications of you are injured

Great teachers. Good social interaction

It's a low impact experience that has a major physical impact

The instructors are wonderful

The instructors are all caring and very helpful. They do not judge anyone!!!!!!

Pure barre is so supportive and such a wonderful place to be a part of. Everyone is so helpful and caring when injuries are present. I love pure barre!!

I like the positive atmosphere, amazing instructors, pleasant friends you make there, and the way I feel when I arrive and when I leave for the day. Arriving at Pure Barre puts you in a great frame of mind to take on a challenge. When that task has been completed, it is the best feeling of strength to go on with another great day as a member of the Pure Barre Fredericksburg Studio! I love Pure Barre!

Pure Barre is such a POSITIVE place to be! From the instructors to the other clients, everyone is cheering for everyone else to succeed. The classes are intense and perfect for all levels - I'm almost at my 250th class and each day I find myself challenged in a new and amazing way.

The community and support the staff and members provide!

I have very much enjoyed the comradery amongst the participants, instructors & staff. The atmosphere keeps me coming back; plus, the slow strengthening powers that I notice from time to time.

Love the classes and coaches...wonderful community of people:)

Caring environment

The variety of classes. Great instructors who watch closely to be sure doing things right. Find alternative if can't do the normal way

I love the energy and the instructors!

I love the classes. The changing schedule would just be hard for some of my friends and the price is very high compared to other gyms

Great teachers and nice fellow students

Community, instruction and motivation!

Friendly atmosphere, and helpful, supportive instructors

Everything

Makes exercise fun

I have issues with the caliber of teaching (Katy H), timing during Align, minimal class availability, too many Engage classes, and the deceiving unlimited membership. All of this connects back to the high cost of a monthly "unlimited" membership even when paid in full for year in advance with a discount.

I enjoy the whole experience. Getting stronger alongside others with the same goals in mind is amazing. The instructors give us so much support with the class and they do very well to encourage as sometimes it is difficult to keep going! 10 out of 10 for me!!!

oh gosh everything literally!! this is exactly what i was looking for. The staff is awesome very helpful at all times. the classes let you work at your own pace high impact low impact etc. you wont be disappointed JOIN NOW!!

I love the atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming.

I've been going to pure barre for over two years now and I'm obsessed I absolutely love it ! Pure barre is the whole package it's challenging while being low intensity w high impact results ! The best full body workout !

What I have enjoyed about Pure Barre ... The positive energy! The comradery and friendships that develop as we encourage and cheer each other on ... AND Rewarding my goals and commitment. Thank you
