Great instructors!

The variety of classes and class times Quality of instructors The sense of community Erin builds

Instructors are great! The owner does creative things throughout the year that engage everybody. I love that the routines are changed up every so often so you never get bored.

The Define classes are outstanding and a huge component to keeping long time clients coming back as it helps with continued strength and progression that would otherwise plateau if this class was not offered. Continuing to raise us to the next level of fitness keeps us coming back. The Define class members that I take classes with are dedicated and wonderful humans, we all enjoy pushing one another to become stronger & healthier!

The kind of exercise

When I take classes like a routine, I feel myself become healthier both physically and mentally.

Variety of class formats that can apply to each person's individual needs/preferences, good instructors, friendly atmosphere

More class timings, one earlier class option on the weekend would be helpful, and additional options with the high number of classes that get waitlisted weeks in advance

Variety and high standard of Pure Barre classes, professionalism and friendliness of their instructors.

Excellent instructors, friendly environment. I love that the workout never gets easier!

Pure Barre WestU is so great :) I always feel so welcome here, all the teachers remember me and emily is an angel! Coming to pure has changed my life for the better health wise, both mentally and physically

The instructors and the community and the vibe and the results 💪🏽

Vangelo waiting list policy and more classes as define reforme or empower in late afternoon

I've been a Pure Barre fan for a few years now, ever since my calisthenics gym closed. I go almost every day and the women there are awesome. I feel like I'm stronger now than I've ever been in my life!

More empathy for clients and understanding that not everything is black and white. If someone needs to leave class a few minutes early every now and then, they shouldn't get yelled at. There should be an understanding that life happens. We may a lot of money for the rules to be brought up over and over. Kindness and empathy are what should be led with not anger.

The workouts challenges you as it strengthens your back and core while improving hip flexibility and balance. Pure Barre addresses flexibility and endurance without the religious practices of yoga. The classes are fun yet intense…your muscles and back will thank you later🤔🤔🎉🎉‼️‼️

Great community and good workouts!

The Define routine provides enough challenge for me to keep my body strong and my muscles sore for a few days while not taking an excessive amount of time. The Houston West University location used to be impossible to book Define classes as all classes were waitlisted regardless of weekdays/weekends and time slots, but it suddenly became better about 2 months ago and I am now taking Define classes every week or more frequently.

Pure Barre is the best work out. It's fun, challenging, and the different formats keep it fresh. Most teachers are empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable. Some make unkind comments and speak negatively to clients and it is disheartening. Life is not black and white and some teachers can't see that. We pay a lot of money to have a positive environment and a great workout class. I think being understanding and empathetic to clients is something the studio could work on.

The teachers are great and the classes always challenging. Lots of variety re schedule.

I've been going to this studio for almost 3 years total and it's become like a little family. The workouts are challenging but I never feel like I can't complete them. I like that they're low impact for my joints but still build muscle and improve flexibility.

The teachers are skilled, friendly, and well prepared, but lesson bookings waiting lists and cancellations can be a bit problematic

Need more instructors for classes other than classic barre. I do like the studio a lot.

Classes are never the same, meaning your workout will be unique each time. Instructors are very nice, very helpful, and know their stuff. I never feel intimidated (unlike in the past, at other studios). It is a friendly, inclusive place, and the classes are such that I look forward to them because they make my day so much better!

Welcoming community

The variety of class formats can accommodate almost everyone's needs. Each person joining Pure Barre can find at least one class they will enjoy.

I love the workouts and community at PBWU. It has been the most fun workout with fantastic instructors and great variety.

I enjoy the classes - specifically classic and empower. The West University studio is very welcoming.

The classes help accomplish my fitness goals. The teachers are also really nice.

The types of classes offered don't reflect the needs of the clients, members. Everyone knows that Define has been an overwhelming favorite, holds only 12 people, constant wait list and yet there are days it isn't even offered. Some days only once and if it's in the early morning only, it eliminates 99.9% of the entire membership for those days. I think the needs and interest of loyal, paying members should be the #1 priority of owning a successful business.
