I love Pure Barre. It is the only place that I have been able to stay committed to for 2 years.

The community and the teachers are fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming. The low impact exercises are in line with my personal workout capabilities and I am always able to modify if needed.

Full body, thorough workout, so many options to work entire body, working all muscles. Excellent instructors...friendly positive environment.

Pure Barre Howard-Suamico is more than a fitness studio. It's a place where women commit each class to simply leaving better - better fit, better focus, better wife, mom, friend, just better. It's a place where women connect through healthy living and you later discover just how much these women have helped you in ways least expected. If you're ready to commit to yourself, Pure Barre will provide you stability, strength, positivity, and if you're as lucky as me, more than you ever anticipated. Life isn't always easy, but it can be better. Be selfish. Join. You deserve it.

I've said it before but...there is so much to like! Great variety of challenging classes that never get any "easier" even after doing this for 2+ years. My strength, stamina, posture and confidence have all improved. It's also a fun social outlet, the entire staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and I've made so many friends. Thanks Pure Barre for adding to the quality of my life!!

Pure Barre Howard Suamico is more than an amazing workout. It's a community of women building each other up and finding commonalities through health and fitness.

I'm so glad I came to Pure Barre! After looking at taking a free class for a year or longer, I finally took the plunge. I was intimidated because I'm not naturally a dancer or very flexible. However, I was greeted by the most amazing community of women. Every single class feels uplifting and encouraging. The strength that I have built is astonishing! I am stronger than ever before! I tell everyone who will listen about how wonderful this place is. There's not a single instructor that I would not recommend! Life changing <3

Barre has helped me reconnect with my body and has kept me moving and hopeful through a period of intense stress. Added bonus: after only a few months, I am toned and building muscle. I feel so much stronger, both emotionally and physically. These classes have been a game-changer for me!

The teachers are there to help! They make sure that your form is correct and guide you to make sure you are getting the most out of the moves throughout the class. Everyone is so kind and supportive. They want to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoy the classes. I was nervous going into this. Ive only been going for about a month now, and although Im still learning, I look forward to going each week and can already feel that my body is stronger than when I first started. I highly recommend Pure Barre!

I love the different class styles. Especially love the Define for weights, really wanted heavier lifting, so the variety is nice. Teachers are super friendly, atmosphere of all the people.

I absolutely love it! I enjoy the variety of classes offered.

I like the how the instructors focus on the alignment of the posture and help fix it so we can have maximum benefit of the exercise on the particular muscle .

The instructors are amazing!

The instructors are the best! So welcoming and helpful. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is. They will guide you through any modifications you may need to help you have the best workout you can. The entire Pure Barre community is great!

I think sometimes classes are so fast paced that some of us just figure out how to do the position/ moves in time for us to be going on to the next position/move. If you look around, everyone is doing something a bit different because we don't understand. This can lead to frustration and also injury. I prefer to make sure I'm doing the moves correctly vs busting through them at light speed lol It's not all instructors that are like this but a few are. It makes some classes less enjoyable.

I really love having several options for type of workout always with great instructors!
