Always a great workout. I love we get to lift weights and still have a low impact workout.

Pure Barre is amazing. The staff is great. The classes are so good. Its great to get away from the phone and family for an hour and do something good for yourself.

Classes are always different and work different parts of the body. Kind and caring staff.

Everything! My running has improved because I am strengthening my entire body / every small and large muscle with the PB workouts. And the bonus is it's fun! I have met so many new friends, and enjoy great music and wonderful instructors! It's a tough workout, but the level of difficulty is determined by you - it is your workout and you can decide the level of difficulty. I'm addicted❤️

I like the full body, low impact workouts and that I can accomplish a workout in a defined period of time. I work muscles I did not know I had. :) With that said, I was wondering if you would consider an earlier class or even moving the 5:45 class to 5:15. Maybe you have had earlier classes and determined they do not work for you, but maybe it is worth considering again or have you ever polled members about their class time preferences? As a mom with children who have a morning bus stop drop off at 7 am, neither a 5:45 or 6:45 am class can work in that schedule. (I live 10-15 minutes away and the drop off location is also 15 minutes away.) The moms I know who are runners all run at ~5 am so they can do the morning school drop and get to work, so I was thinking an early Barre class would also attract moms/teachers who have to do an early morning school drop or be at school early themselves. My friend does Pure Barre in another city and they have 5 am classes for this very reason and found that those who do the 5 am class are very consistent attenders. They can make it work with 4-5 consistent attenders and those people are then not taking up spots in other classes. Anyway, I just thought I would pass along my thoughts.
