Classes (various formats), instructors and community

The community, the instruction, the positive impact, the workout, and the fun!

As soon as you walk into PBK you are greeted with a smile, you immediately just feel welcomed. The atmosphere where you can be yourself and set into class with the mental strength.

Knowledgeable instructors. Variety of classes allow for overall fitness and mobility.

Fantastic full body and low impact workout with visible results; my core has never been stronger! PBK staff always greet me by name and make me feel welcomed. Love the attention to form, verbal tips, extra stretches, movement in time to music. Taking modifications if needed is normalized; when I got injured instructors were helpful on how to adjust and I appreciated the additional attentiveness. There's enough variety that I never get bored and it's somehow always challenging! I like that there are class times that work with my schedule and that I don't typically have to worry about the class getting full. Everyone that works there is wonderful- extra shout out to Anna R (owner), Emily, Chloe, Maggie, Andrea! I love their classes due to their energy and attention to form - they provide helpful commentary and adjustments. Also love Alyssa's align class! Truly though, you can't go wrong with any instructor or class!

Everything!

I enjoy the instructors, the environment, and the workout. The instructors are always friendly and supportive. The studio is clean and bright and the other clients are friendly as well. The workout is challenging, but approachable and enjoyable.
