always engaging, fun and challenging i go most days and even with my attention deficit type personality I am never bored the stronger you get - it continues to be hard- in a good way very efficient workout love that is ALWAYS starts and ends on time, very clean. well trained instructors know what to expect AND you're often suprised helps with long lean muscles -love the changes in this mature body
They have a great selection of classes
Variety of routine within the framework of the formula Anchoring me to my community Seeing the same gals consistently. The class leaders - checking each of us in - and following thru with hands on to modify to work around an injury - or an adjustment to get the form right . The wholesome and friendly vibe of the staff - It is genuine .
I wish it was harder. The thigh work is too short and not hard enough
Excellent instructors, challenging classes, and one of the few non-heated classes in the area. Love it.
Good workout and everyone working there is very helpful and kind
I love how pure barre is low impact but high intensity. I can feel myself getting stronger with each class yet it is still challenging and fun. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging.
The instructors, the workout, the cleanliness and the GM, Sophia!! She is always willing to support and is so knowledgable.
I like the community. The staff is so kind and understanding and genuinely wants their members to feel welcomed and taken care of
The people at the desk! The instructors are great!
It's targeting areas of the body that my regular cardio and lifting don't get
The general manager, Sofia is the best human. The community is really nice! I've felt extremely welcomed and included!
New and always clean studio! Professional and very well prepared teachers
It's a great addition to my week - easy on the joints and good for core strength, posture, and flexibility! Everybody here is so nice too!
The instructors
Great work out & environment.
I'm not disappointed. I guess I just have no gauge on when to know how "full" a class will be. Since I am a newbie, I would love to know the number of people signed up for any class in any location at any time. That way, I can prepare myself, come earlier to settle in if need be.I also think it would be good to know how to take classes when you are n a different location, perhaps out of state. I already pay a membership fee so maybe I get a discounted way to take a class when, let's say, I am vacationing in FL and want to work out. Last, I got hurt and have a Dr's note ...thus I did not get my money's worth for the past two months. How do we remedy that? I basically paid for a membership I could not use bc I am injured. How does that work? There is a way to plan that ahead of time, but not a way to plan for it real time. Your advice on these matters would be helpful and appreciated.
I'm almost at 50 classes at Pure Barre, and it's been such a positive experience. Starting a new routine can feel intimidating, but the front desk staff are so warm and welcoming â they always greet me by name, which makes walking in the door that much easier. I take three classes a week and recently added two Empower classes, which have been a great (and challenging!) addition. The workouts definitely push you, but I'm already feeling stronger and seeing real improvements. One instructor even told me my form has improved, which meant so much and really shows how attentive they are. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always helpful with form corrections and modifications. Highly recommend!
Offer more varied class times; lower the volume of the music. I have discussed this with corporate related to permanent ear damage that I learned I now have after starting Pure Barre in November.
It's fun, it's a great workout, and the instructors and gals at the front desk are so nice and very accommodating no matter your skill/fitness level. I have never felt uncomfortable or ashamed to modify an exercise. I'm not the fittest person and I don't find joy in exercise like some do but I genuinely enjoy every class and walk out gladand proud that I showed up.
Instructors should motivate more and do A LOT more correction. They just walk around looking, but only VERY rarely correct people in their positions.
The people. Sophia creates a very lovely, welcoming atmosphere and the teachers are great especially Chanel, Paulette, and Caitlin.
The app is so easy to use. The facility is always so clean. Instructors are great! Perfect low impact, total body workout!
Class times are difficult. 9am or 5pm classes work best for my schedule.
Add more 6am classes. Also instructors should fix form more often, and in some cases mention "where you should be feeling" this exercise, "if you move your knee back and inch, or you raise higher on the heel, you'll then activate/feel xyz..."
