The rules are too rigid.. I have to cancel a month in advance via email??! You give a 2 weeks notice when you quit your job, common . If you're 5 minutes late you can't go in and they charge you for missing the class .. if you cancel in less than 4 hours they charge you it's crazy.. it's not a doctor's appointment when you're one on one session.. I understand there must be some rules , but this is extreme .. and it's because most customers are women they're accepting it.. trust no man will accept rules like these.. we're the one paying you not vice versa..
