Love the chair yoga class. The instructor is fabulous!
The receptionist is also very help and the facility is clean and updated.

The decisions made by leadership make me feel like as an adult member, I am the lowest priority and just funding family memberships. This is especially true for pickleball court times which are always given up for other activities. I am quitting as a result.

Last minute course cancellation. Fewer opportunities for weight classes or weight group fitness than other locations. Would like more evening and weekend offerings.

I like the workouts but wish you had a sauna.

I wish the new machines still had solitaire and games to play.

It’s expensive and classes that we had in the past are no longer available. The kick n punch was great with Diana and Louis class with bar weight and floor was very good. Saugus needs more evening variety for classes at 6:15-6:30.

The new cardio equipment only allows for digital tv, which lags severely in audio and video output on all treadmills and ellipticals. Despite the numerous channels, there is less local news (only one digital option down from the 4 options offered previously). The ellipticals are not friendly for shorter people as the middle platform for charging/water bottles/etc juts out, pushing shorter people back away from the screen and moving arms. I can only reach the bottom of the moving arms and have to stand on my tiptoes to reach the screen because the middle platform is in the way. The former erg, that had a rusted chain, is completely gone so there is no rowing option anymore. However, the staff, especially the front reception area workers and the young gentleman in the morning, are consistently fantastic. My reservations are with the new equipment setups, not the friendly staff.

Good Classes. I'm 71 and I find the class that I am going to is wonderful.

Good variety of classes for various interests and energy levels

Please put paper towels , disinfectant spay and signs urging members to clean the equipment before and after use in the gym area. Some of the brand new equipment needs repair already .
