Great quality and great fit!

The expediency that the company provided- was superb.. I was worried about getting the perfect fit. When something was not perfect- the company did some assessment and - sent the perfect size!

Great customer service before and after wedding. I was given the information I needed a little late and I was helped to get everything I needed in time - then was in a car accident after the wedding and took an extra week to return everything and had a great representative who worked with me to get it back including sending me another shipping return label

I didn't appreciate the system guessing my son's shirt and jacket sizes completely different from the measurements I entered. Seems the system guessed based on weight and height, which in my son's case can't be done as he is disabled with a disproportionate body (legs super skinny, upper body very muscular and broad). I'm glad I caught that. I thought your customer service was AWESOME, but we needed replacement items and even then I needed to have the pants locally lengthened as I did not understand what the pants style was, and they were too short for the stye. I think for us, it would have been better to go to a local shop to be fitted in person, but this is what the groom wanted and we went with it.

The quality of the tux, the ironed shirt, the ease and speed of receiving a replacement tux due to a wrong size, and it was easy to return the items. Lastly the customer service was phenomenal.

Getting the link for the selected suit, and shipment to and from us went fairly smoothly but we were very unsure of measuring. My husband and I measured my son in order to pick sizes but we didn't order by his measurements but rather went up a size or 2 above measurements to have it be too large rather than too small and I'm glad we did because the sizes we received were just right. If we would have gone by measurements, things would have been too small.

Reviewing the order online is not possible, the sizes do not appear in the final screen. Did not send me what I ordered the jacket was a tall when I ordered a regular, which was the only option on the website.

It was my first time using this service, for a wedding I was in , in New Port RI. My suit coat was a bit snug and after speaking to customer service, a new coat was shipped out and was to my door in no time at all! Customer service was excellent, and all the clothing looked fantastic. Will certainly use this service again!

Shirt was shoddy and the sleeves were too short, jacket was fine, pants were hemmed incorrectly. Remove charge for the shirt.

such a cheap plastic suit

I thought it was kinda lame that I sent all my measurements and I got a different waist size, inseam size, and neck size and I got a base length of 36 waist and 36 inseam. Had to take them to a dry cleaners to fix that cause my waist and inseam is 32. Since the pants were wrong I assumed my shirt was too and sure enough the neck was incredibly tight. Other than that it was perfect. Just feel like I wasted my time getting my self measured for me to just get a general set size of clothes and have to pay more to have them fixed.

If you ever want to pay the price of your eternal soul to have an expensive suit for one day this is the place. Honestly it was way too expensive for just clothes.

Everything was sent in plenty of time for us to request a different size in a couple pieces and still feel like we had time to make sure it was a good fit. The return process was a breeze.

5/7 of us did our measurements well in advance, as it's a wedding and we wanted everything to be perfect. 5/7 of us didn't receive any email saying our items were shipping 3 weeks prior to the event like the website stated happens. Of the two that did, one had issues and needed exchanges. With less than 3 weeks left one groomsman got an email saying his rental was canceled. This added extra unnecessary stress to the event. They then re did his order and couldn't promise it would get to him before the had to fly out from across the country for the wedding. When he did get the suit, the sleeves for the shirt and jacket fit halfway up his arm. When I (the groom) began calling customer support, you couldn't come up with any reason or response for why these issues were happening. I had to be placed on hold multiple times and then another co-worker had to coach the customer support on what to say. When asked when the rest of our suits would get to us, you replied September 9th. This was 3 days before the wedding, not 3 weeks like advertised. You then had to cancel everyone's orders and re do them. Again you had no response or reason for why this happened. The customer support advised they would speak to IT. When we got the suits they all had an odd texture to them instead of just being flat blue. Nothing in the description said anything about a texture. Regardless the wedding happened, but the experience was less than desirable.

Ideally, it would be nice if we had five days after the event to ship the order back instead of 3 days. Everyone's circumstances are different post event, whether traveling home or work, etc. Otherwise I would definitely order through this company again.

the suits had quite a few wrinkles and had to be repress Maybe put some tissue paper in the jacket sleeves to help them not be so wrinkled. One of the suits, the replacement one still needed the jacket sleeves altered. they were short and uneven. Your customer service was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. getting the replacements went great, received ahead of time to confirm fit. I would recommend your company. :)
