Still love this gym, but there’s two things I would would like for our gym to stress. Tell people to grab a spray bottle to wipe down machines. There’s too many boomers and young people that think they’re not sweaty enough to do it or don’t know they’re supposed to do it. It’s about good hygiene and it’s a good habit to get into for the safety of everyone in the gym.
Also, the employees need to remind people about putting weights away and putting them in the right spot. More walk throughs need to be done making sure the gym is organized. I shouldn’t have to dig through twelve 10 lb weights to get to the one 45 I want.
Other than that, I’m good.

The after hours accessibility is definitely a perk. However, students/teens should be able to utilize the gym when accompanied by a parent, even after hours.

Friendly staff and environment. Very clean space.

Staff is always friendly but the machines are so dated and the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The locker room, bathroom and shower are very small, in desperate need of upgrades or repairs and a deep cleaning. The stall doesn't lock, the urinal leaks and has gnats off and on.

The difference exercise classes and the assortment of exercise equipment.

The gym is clean, very accessible to my home, feels like a "non-judment" zone, great staff and equipment. Just wish there was a pool! Otherwise, very highly recommend!!

I like the no judgement atmosphere, very laid back. Also, that it is not a big & crowded location. Everyone is doing their own thing. The easy listening music & TVs help as well. Best part is the staff. Aaron & Courtney are very welcoming & approachable. Stoney Creek is the perfect location for my workout.

It is not perfect, however it is vastly improved over how it was one year ago. Love the 24/7 access. The staff there is outstanding.

I appreciate the ability to use the gym 24/7. The employees are always very pleasant.

The facility is consistently clean and well maintained, and the staff provides excellent customer service. Special recognition to Aaron, Sarah, Lisa, and Love for their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to creating a welcoming environment.

New equipment / Clean Facility

Stoney creek is price gouging now when I signed up here my membership was only $51 now it’s sky rocketed to $60 per month that’s double the price of other gyms that are wayyy better and offer wayyy more all the YMCAs are so run down and out dated yet overcharging I think I’m going to cancel my my membership soon

We liked the 24/7

Its not so much a disappointment. Apparently the hours that I arrive, while I'm happy for myself to be able to come these hours, its not such a good time to ask questions or get a tour. I asked for a tour once and the worker advised they were just about to leave which is understandable. At the same time, that has been my only opportunity to see a worker so there's that.

The hours are super convenient, it's always clean and rarely too crowded. It has everything I need for a good workout.
