Our gym is open to YMCA of Greensboro members 24/7, but you can stop in during office hours to talk to someone from our team and we can discuss membership options. Nationwide members may access this branch during office hours only; 24/7 access is not available for nationwide members.

There is a variety of classes, the staff is supportive and welcoming and you have access to the facility 24/7.

I love boot camp and the senior workouts. We need more weight machines, I have to use them for my knees and we have only one for each exercise for the knees. I do best in exercise classes, and I am able to push myself to do more and I enjoy people.

KALEB IS A GREAT INSTRUCTOR FOR OUR TUESDAY & THURSDAY MORNING BOOT CAMP CLASS. I AM SO SORRY THAT HE WILL BE MOVING ON TO A POSITION AT THE BRYAN 'Y' DOWNTOWN GREENSBORO. I HOPE THAT A REPLACEMENT FOR HIM WILL BE IN PLACE QUICKLY AS ALL OF US IN THE MORNING BOOT CAMP CLASS NEED TO CONTINUE ON WITH OUR WORKOUTS. TERRI APRILE

I LOVE THE BOOT CAMPS! I AM GLAD THAT THEY HAVE MOVED OUTSIDE SO WE DON'T HAVE TO WORKOUT WITH MASKS ON!! WALTER, PRISCILLA & MORGAN ARE GREAT INSTRUCTORS!
