The communication has been terrible. Rules were changed without prior notice. I called the director of before/after care and am still waiting for a call back one month later.

Noah gets to play with friends and his homework is always done when he gets home. He is very happy being there!

The teacher consistency. The teachers are engaging and will always let you know if your child gets hurt, behavior is off or just doesn't seem themselves ect.

The kids do homework and activities.

Love they have a designated time frame for kids do their homework. I am so grateful that even on early dismissals I can pick up at the same time. Especially as a single mom. My daughter loves it and sometimes will ask me if she can stay longer and to come and pick her up later. I am so grateful for the staff at the Ogdensburg School. They do crafts with the kids and have achievement awards for them too. They are truly the heros in my book.

There was supposed to be homework time during the program and that is never done. There is no structure to the program and limited supervision over the children. The only reason we use it is because we have no other options.

A few times I would have like to see more outside on days that were nice rather than see inside at tables .

They staff is very prompt and responsible. Each child is treated like one of their own. My son will be exiting the afterschool program, unfortunately as he will be aged out. We will miss them terribly.

SACC at Stillwater through the Y has been a lifesaver! I love that my daughter is engaged, safe and having fun while we are working. She's only in pre-school and they do a great job making sure she is well cared for.

The before after care and vacation camps do not run smoothly each time me and different moms have been told our kids are signed up and in fact they are NOT Also we have missed wk due to the enrollment not meeting someone's criteria Interesting we cannot find that policy in any of the paper work you send Phone calls are not made for closings to parents and there is no notice of canceling until you either call (which is a joke) no one answers the phone, or you go there in person Highly disappointed in the YMCA as many of us parents are

Having the extended hours from school is ideal for working families. The kids are always active in some type of activity, weather permitting. We love Mrs Rebecca, the kids enjoy her, and they're always happy to go. Stephanie Merentino

Great staff, convenient hours for families

My son is in the after school program. And you should have a better System when it comes to process the payments. You're charging us for days that the staff is not even taking care of our kids. When does school is close? These are set days and your system should be aware of them and not chargers for the full week.

The staff is very attentive, responsible, caring and professional. Puts a parent's mind at ease when they are there for aftercare. Whenever there is an issue; whether it be accident related or behavioral the staff informs the parent at pickup accordingly. I appreciate the caring nature and compassion they show towards the students in the program. It is evident that the staff is an exceptional group of individuals that are very much appreciated. During my children's time-We have been dealing with Ms. Casey and Mr. Lewis during the aftercare for the past two years-and their care and attention is remarkable! They have always gone above and beyond their call of duty to say the least.

I love that when I come to pick up my daughter they are playing outside almost every single day! Yesterday when I picked up everyone was playing on the swings, and the staff were very engaged with them. Very impressed with the site supervisor at Stillwater, and with the staff as well.
