I like the variety of things to do. The premises are very clean and light. I enjoy the small group weights session that I signed up for. the only suggestion have at this point is that the chair yoga/pilates classes are super crowded. I enjoy going

More chair yoga, pilates & classes for seniors with some mobility.
Reasonable prices, accessible for the whole family. Lock rooms do need to be updated the bathrooms in particular get dirty easily.

I love Enhance Fitness with Madison Rifkin. She is so personable and does a super job working us out in the manner prescribed by the course. The programs are varied and there us something there for all abilities, ages, and interests.
I'm new to the Torrigan YMCA but so far so good! Everyone seems friendly and helpful.

A variety of classes, good instructors, good facilities and happy and friendly staff.
Professionally done, as well as enjoyable.
Love all the senior activities....pickle ball, chair yoga, senior fitness, thai chi, zumba. Great group of people...very friendly....Staff is great.... But sometimes there are too many inexperienced pickle ball players that show up without knowing the rules. I've seen people fall. And some men actually whip the ball at the other players faces. One man bragged to me that if he hits someone, then he gets the point ! I think there should be a penalty for hitting someone in the face... Like maybe they can't play for a week...or must have to take lessons. Just my opinion...

I love how many classes you offer. Yoga, chair yoga, barre. I love your active pickle ball schedule. Plenty of machines. And I love walking on the track.

I have been interested in finding out more about reiki. This workshop was a perfect introduction. Informative and helpful. The presenter did a hands-on demonstration for the group. I think it is great that the Y offers topics that deal with health even beyond exercise.

I love Enhanced Fitness with Madison.
Temperature-too hot No rules enforced-kids upstairs. People sit on phones while on weight machines. Employee-member love affairs make for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Really enjoyed this class! Each week had a slightly different format which kept it interesting. We learned new exercises that were challenging but not intimidating. Madison was a great instructor! She made us feel comfortable and helped us get stronger :)
