Shower rooms really need updating. Also please fix the sidewalks outside. They are so cracked & broken. Someone is going to fall & get hurt!

Overall, I like the zero entry pool for my kids, but the family changing room needs to be improved. Would recommend a similar type of setup like Westview or better instructions on how to maintain privacy in the family changing room. We had someone try to walk in on us while I was getting my daughters changed, which was concerning to say the least.

There are always smiles and appreciation welcoming us to Twin Rivers YMCA along with plenty of options for workout equipment that fit our personal health needs.

Fine for very young kids but there is no development. Past 1st/2nd grade I wouldn’t recommend ymca sports.

Great pool. Really friendly staff. I would like it if unscheduled swimming lessons did not close lanes. I drive 10 miles to get to the pool. It ducks to get kicked out. Just schedule lessons and close the pool at those times to laps.

The kids water items have been there forever and don’t work. Can we try to fix those?

In the Family restroom can you add hooks to hang clothes and wet towels towards the shower area?

The water fountain by the bathrooms (in the pool area) need replaced or a good scrub down or cleaning.

There seems to frequently be issues with the chemicals in the pool and they close it.

All the problems with the pool, the water the chemicals. The shower room needs to be maintained the curtains are always off the hooks.
I love the community and friends I have there.

I enjoy the silver sneakers and line dancing classes that I attend. I enjoy the instructors. The parking is easy. There are plenty of restrooms.

Well, we all know it's had, it's ups and Downs with the pool with instructors with people that work there in general. I like it, but I don't think I can recommend it.

I would recommend highly if the shower heads in the women’s locker room were replaced, and the showers were cleaned regularly. I am also fearful of walking on the sidewalks that are badly in need of repair. Please take care of this facility and it will last much longer.

Twin Rivers is a further distance than I like to drive, but because I can join a friend to participate in the activity, I will be back.

I came to play Pickleball as a beginner. The other players were very welcoming and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk staff as well. It's just a really nice place to get some activity and have some fun.

I love the space available in the Bodypump class. The room is spacious and the ceilings are high.

Lack of supervision of children, no one outside with them and a child darted into parking lot chasing a ball. Yelling at children. Staff on cell phones.

They keep it very clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly.

Fitness room was updated a year or two ago and is just awesome! Wife really enjoys the pool for lap swimming and water aerobics, along with participating with the pickle ball group.

We enjoy the YMCA multiple times per week. The childcare is amazing and my kids love it. Glad that the pool issues seem to be resolved. We also partake in swimming lessons, which have been super helpful for my child. The weights and workout equipment are excellent.

This place is a tight-knit community and family atmosphere. It couldn't be more perfect! The executive director is where it starts and down to the staff. They do a great job and they care a lot about what they do!

The employees are so welcoming and warm. I especially like Lindsay. She makes me happy to be there when I come in. Its so nice to he greeted. I also love the newer equipment, the cleanliness and the affordability.
