Very welcoming staff and members. Good variety of classes that fit my schedule

Twin Rivers is a further distance than I like to drive, but because I can join a friend to participate in the activity, I will be back.

Paying $37 for a single person to go is a little much in my opinion

It had a family feel where our daughter was welcomed. She was busy and active throughout the day and had a great experience. Communication was also good.

I wish you had more aerobic type classes in the evenings, and just better classes period. It’d be fun to go to those.

I enjoyed my initial visit and plan to return. My home Y is Westview but many have recommended line dancing classes at Twin Rivers

I came to play Pickleball as a beginner. The other players were very welcoming and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk staff as well. It's just a really nice place to get some activity and have some fun.

I love the space available in the Bodypump class. The room is spacious and the ceilings are high.

Great environment

Lack of supervision of children, no one outside with them and a child darted into parking lot chasing a ball. Yelling at children. Staff on cell phones.

They keep it very clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly.

Fitness room was updated a year or two ago and is just awesome! Wife really enjoys the pool for lap swimming and water aerobics, along with participating with the pickle ball group.

We enjoy the YMCA multiple times per week. The childcare is amazing and my kids love it. Glad that the pool issues seem to be resolved. We also partake in swimming lessons, which have been super helpful for my child. The weights and workout equipment are excellent.

This place is a tight-knit community and family atmosphere. It couldn't be more perfect! The executive director is where it starts and down to the staff. They do a great job and they care a lot about what they do!

The employees are so welcoming and warm. I especially like Lindsay. She makes me happy to be there when I come in. Its so nice to he greeted. I also love the newer equipment, the cleanliness and the affordability.

Great weight equipment, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Please add a full rack for power lifting. We have 5 half racks. We should trade one of those for a full rack.

You close the pool alot! Either chemical issues or no life guard. Very disappointing!

A great front desk staff and the ability to always access a pool with WARM water.

I just wish the classes were equally good everywhere. Southwest has the best dance and Armbrust has the most choice

My main purpose in coming here was to do therapy in the warm pool. Aside from achieving that, I've enjoyed getting acquainted with my fellow swimmers who have been so welcoming.

Ann & I appreciate the staff’s friendly smiles each time we visit Twin Rivers YMCA…from the moment we check in till we finish our workout routine and head off for our day.

Love the location, not overly crowded and there is a lady who works weekends, Saturday and Sunday afternoons maybe? Who is the friendliest person at the front desk!

Always clean and friendly, it’s just a bit run down. Could use a steam room and sauna. Could use more kid class opportunities like gymnastics. Pool is always broken.

I can only get to the facility 2 or at max 3 times a week. I would love a different level of membership that supports fewer attendance, and/or ability to get so many guest passes each year, as I'd love to bring a family member a few times a year, but the daily fee is just too much.

More consistent communication.

The staff is awesome and the facility is kept clean.

There are certain front desk employees that seemingly do not care if you live or die. They don’t make eye contact, don’t look up from their food, and certainly don’t say hello to you. Sometimes there are two employees at the desk together and they both ignore you in order to continue their conversation. It is not inexpensive to be a member at this YMCA and I don’t appreciate being treated like I am a nuisance while scanning in.
