For active older adults, the YMCA Healthy Living Center features:
Warm-water, therapeutic pool
Open swim and lap lanes
More than 40 group exercise classes per week

Everyone is so friendly. It is a social center as much as a workout center. I love this center and there are so many different activities available and they are all top notch.

Nothing really the senior center in CB is good but going to the other ymca it's kinda hard to get in a good workout depending on the time of day

It's very clean and in good repair. The warm water pool is excellent for water walking. The programming suits my needs well.
I had to abandon the Downtown Y because of its disgusting women's locker room, with its bare minimum of functional plumbing. Over all the years I went there, it just got worse and worse.
