There is a lot of equipment in a small space and it is a busy place. I have mobility issues and use a walker. I like to go at off times. Staff is friendly and it is generally clean.

The YMCA staff never replied after I responded to his original e-mail. I provided him with information from my HMO (United Healthcare) on how they approve of a caregiver assisting me on my workouts since I am 75. Not sure why he ghosted me after my response.

Amazing people and such great classes.

I love the 8AM stretching class. The other participants keep me motivated. It is a welcoming group that greets newcomers to encourage them to keep coming. The leader is great.

I go to work out at 6:00 a.m. and find it a perfect time for me. It's fresh early in the mornings and I get my work out done early. I wouldn't have it any other way. Very please with the staff at the office. They have great people skills and very informative and always willing to answer any questions I may have. The establishment looks very clean as well.

My wife and I enjoy our exercise classes, the people are friendly, and the membership fees are very reasonable. We also make good use of the fitness center and the equipment there. Thank you!

I really wish that the gym was open Saturday & Sunday. Also wish there was more pilates offerings.

Due to recent rotater cuff surgery, I have only been to 2 chair Yoga classes. I have enjoyed them so much, that I can’t wait to do more of them, since I have almost completed my recovery time, and my physical therapy, this class is very valuable to me. I noticed after the second class, that I immediately felt an increase my range of motion, and even more so the following day. I hope to see more of these classes offered at the College facility. I have enjoyed meeting the staff, as everyone is very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend the YMCA to a friend!!

Although the classes and equipment meet our needs, the biggest deficiency is the lack of locker rooms. Even if I don't need to shower, I do need to change my clothes before and after each workout.
The second criticism is the lack of association with the swimming pool, which is on the same property but requires a separate membership.

The Patience the Instructors have and don't feel Judged. Since I have never been to a Gym or class of any kind in my life, I didn't know what to expect. I'm really surprised so far I'm enjoying it

I frequently seek to have information about the classes offered; I never see flyers on the counter outside the Woodland YMCA (at Sr Center). Having access to this information would be very helpful.

Hours are very limiting. Wish they opened sooner and closed later. Also, very limited in equipment type.

Equipment maintenance is infrequent. When machines go down it takes a long time for them to be fixed. The “Y” asks members to wipe down equipment after use but they run out of disinfectant wipes. It doesn’t seem like they plan ahead and have backups.

Recently, I was told that “someone” directed the gym staff not to play news on the TV’s. Me and other morning members do not consider Good Morning America or NBC Morning Show
news programs since they include other topics and guests and only a small fraction of news. It seems that a census should be taken of members to see what they would like.

The Woodland Senior Center has a very nice facility for the YMCA. However, you need strength training classes and there are great programs you could show in a screen without having to hire a trainer.

Everyone is friendly including staff and members. I go at a good time and machines are available.

I recently earned that there is a ban on local channels that periodically have news on due to some members request. These channels also have morning talk shows that I watch while on cardio machines. I submitted a recommendation about allowing channels with periodic news which can be changed upon request if a news show comes on. I hope this is more flexible approach is adopted so we don't have to watch constant loops of the weather channel or ESPN. Thanks
