Dennis and his team over at the Lakewood, CA store were absolutely AMAZING. From the initial fitting process to the final fitting process, everything went as smooth as it possibly could. He took great care of me and my groomsman as well as my groomsman from Florida and my family. Everything arrived on time and the item(s) that didn’t fit were ready early the next day as promised. THANK YOU to the ENTIRE team over at Lakewood.

I just didn’t like the disrespect when we got there to size. My son and I was disagreeing with this guy white guy. He didn’t like that me disagreeing with him about the way I want my son to look so he put me off on another black guy that’s the part that I didn’t like you came to us. You should’ve finished with us, but I will send everybody to the store but y’all need to fix that prejudice that y’all have in that store.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Helpful staff and seamless process.

We had a group of 4… one of 4 picked up at the Brea location received a different tie and pocket square… and they also received dress Tux studs for the dress shirt buttons while the other 3 of us did not receive them.

Very good service at the Lakewood location.

The staff at the Lakewood location is very professional,helpful, knowledgeable they are everything that you can ask for.

Had to go in a 2nd time to get properly fitted and order corrected both in size and missing clothing item.

One Cuff link not in pkg day of event. Too late to go pick up another. Had to borrow from neighbor.

Store Mgr was very professional and didn't charge for missing item.

I had a mixed experience here.

My tux came out great—fit was clean, everything looked sharp, and the person who helped me clearly knew what they were doing.

Unfortunately, my brother’s setup was a completely different story. His shirt was too short, and his pants wouldn’t stay up because the elastic was worn out. It honestly looked like his outfit wasn’t properly checked or fitted before the event, which is a big miss for something as important as a wedding.

It’s frustrating because the quality clearly depends on who helps you. If you get the right person, you’re in good hands. If not, you might end up scrambling last minute.

The suit’s fit perfectly as long as you make sure to tell them. And they’re service is phenomenal.

I’m not the type of person who wears formal clothing a lot. They were very patient and were able to put together an excellent outfit for me.

Alterations weren’t done to the jacket that we asked for. Pocket square was missing so had to come back for that. The bottom of the pant needed to be longer and we were given a hard time about it but eventually it was done. Front counter staff was very nice. But the whole process didn’t go smoothly. The front counter staff was really nice though.
