You gave me the wrong color suit. Not only did I have the wrong color the whole wedding party was given the wrong color suit to what the bride and groom selected.

The Tux was old and had a rip in the sleeve. Heavy material. Felt like a tux from the 1980’s
Manager Dennis was nice, but someone should be checking their tux’s before they get shipped out

Dennis and Sara were the absolute best! They made the friar experience perfect, would recommend anyone to the Lakewood location

Quick, friendly service at a

Great service start to finish

Always friendly, fast, service and get me what I need for all occasions.

Ibuchi at the Lakewood store was great. Very helpful and professional.

Quick and curtious

The service was A1! I was assisted by Rain and she went above and beyond!!

You lost my measurements as the groom. Gave the wrong suit to one of my groomsmen, and gave the wrong handkerchief to one groomsmen.

Dennis🤙🏼

This is the second issue I have had while renting a tux with friar tux. My son got married and set up an account for his groomsmen. The best man’s tux (my other son) had totally different pants than the wedding party. He got tuxedo pants with the stripe down the side. He also got a white pocket square when it should have been black. The groom (my older son) was charged for his tux when it should have been free since he had 6 tux orders on his account for his groomsman. He was charged $200 and he tried to get this resolved at the San Diego location. That manager was not helpful at all and told him to “just call corporate.” The San Diego manager was emailed a screen shot of the credit card charge and didn’t even bother to follow up. It just so happened that I returned the best man’s tux to the Lakewood location. I was asked how service was and I replied not great. I explained the situation and the asst manager at the Lakewood location immediately offered her help. Her name is Sara Garcia and she totally saved that situation. She researched the issue and within 30 min of sending her an email with a screenshot of the charge made in error, she had the situation resolved. Why couldn’t the San Diego manager
Do that since we picked up the tux from there? Sara Garcia provided the best service and went above and beyond. San Diego manager should be retrained. Sara is a valuable asset to friar tux.

Dennis was the best .... I can't wait to rent again from FT... Fit was perfect... Thanks Dennis you are the best

Size was off on one jacket and one pants. We had to arrange to have picked up in another city to accommodate our plans. All worked out, but stressful.

The employees were great.

Friar Tux customer service was superb. I had groomsmen from out of town and they made sure their tux were there waiting for them.

Also, I came in numerous times and they offered suggestions, helped with selections and overall was very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Service was great, fitting was easy and fast. Try on went well had to change jacket but went well and recieved on time for event. Return was easy and fast.

Very helpful and professional

Friar Tux was easy to use, they got my measurements fast and even mailed it to me 2 weeks prior to the event.

Staff is very helpful & friendly

Working with Friar Tux was great! I used them for my wedding, and from beginning to end, everything worked out really well, and the suits themselves looked great. There were a couple of communication issues because we used two different stores as we were moving at that time. That led to some confusion between us and the stores, but we were able to ultimately get things figured out, and everyone who helped us was very nice.

Originally I had gone to Men’s Warehouse and found out that they couldn’t help me in the time I needed. So I was told to check out Friar Tux and I went and was able to fitted and get my suit in time for my event.

Rental process was easy and store employees where friendly and very helpfull.

Had to return to the store 4 times before the wedding to address significant fit issues and missing items.

Everything was perfect for my daughter's wedding day THX SO MUCH

Everything was delivered as described. Staff was polite and helpful

Fast, affordable and efficient service

The guy who helped me was one of them smooth bruthas who turned me from a regular guy into a true playa with just a suit and some advice about wearing them. I told him "gimme a bigger size...I feel like im gonna rip this jacket when I reach down like this". He says...whatchu doin that for. Just stand up and look good. So I did! Event was great. I showed up and showed out!

The staff was very helpful and made the experience easy!!!

Everybody was so nice polite courtesy answer a question. I have a professional devil and I will recommend anybody to you guys.

I was able to get exactly what I wanted and quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful. The price was do reasonable and I was able to have 10 full days to return the tux, which was helpful because I needed it for a wedding overseas. The tailoring was done in 2 days and fit like a glove.
Wonderful experience. I would definitely come here again!

Great customer service great prices .

We ordered the tie and pocket square and it wasnt there when we went for it. Were told we didn't have to be told why it wasnt with the other items. She was rude and said we just had to pick it up after 4 the next day. Said we hadn't ordered it- even though we had the receipt that we did order it.

More style selections needed

Thank you all for a quick and pleasan You all made it so easy with a short notice

It was easy, staff was friendly, and the suits looked great!

Very professional and well dressed service team, thumbs up!

Been going to Friar gor several occasions, love the Tux shop.

Dennis and his team over at the Lakewood, CA store were absolutely AMAZING. From the initial fitting process to the final fitting process, everything went as smooth as it possibly could. He took great care of me and my groomsman as well as my groomsman from Florida and my family. Everything arrived on time and the item(s) that didn’t fit were ready early the next day as promised. THANK YOU to the ENTIRE team over at Lakewood.

Your staff always comes through!! Friendly and they know what they’re doing and do it so well.
Every time my son looked so sharp and so well put together. Thank you for a good 3 years twice a year!! It’s come to an end sadly
Thank you for everything.

I just didn’t like the disrespect when we got there to size. My son and I was disagreeing with this guy white guy. He didn’t like that me disagreeing with him about the way I want my son to look so he put me off on another black guy that’s the part that I didn’t like you came to us. You should’ve finished with us, but I will send everybody to the store but y’all need to fix that prejudice that y’all have in that store.

Great service, fit and quality!

Pretty simple process.

Kingston was a tremendous help!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Helpful staff and seamless process.

We had a group of 4… one of 4 picked up at the Brea location received a different tie and pocket square… and they also received dress Tux studs for the dress shirt buttons while the other 3 of us did not receive them.

Very good service at the Lakewood location.

The staff at the Lakewood location is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable they are everything that you can ask for.

Had to go in a 2nd time to get properly fitted and order corrected both in size and missing clothing item.

One Cuff link not in pkg day of event. Too late to go pick up another. Had to borrow from neighbor.

Store Mgr was very professional and didn't charge for missing item.

Thank you Dennis.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
