This is the second issue I have had while renting a tux with friar tux. My son got married and set up an account for his groomsmen. The best man’s tux (my other son) had totally different pants than the wedding party. He got tuxedo pants with the stripe down the side. He also got a white pocket square when it should have been black. The groom (my older son) was charged for his tux when it should have been free since he had 6 tux orders on his account for his groomsman. He was charged $200 and he tried to get this resolved at the San Diego location. That manager was not helpful at all and told him to “just call corporate.” The San Diego manager was emailed a screen shot of the credit card charge and didn’t even bother to follow up. It just so happened that I returned the best man’s tux to the Lakewood location. I was asked how service was and I replied not great. I explained the situation and the asst manager at the Lakewood location immediately offered her help. Her name is Sara Garcia and she totally saved that situation. She researched the issue and within 30 min of sending her an email with a screenshot of the charge made in error, she had the situation resolved. Why couldn’t the San Diego manager
Do that since we picked up the tux from there? Sara Garcia provided the best service and went above and beyond. San Diego manager should be retrained. Sara is a valuable asset to friar tux.

Size was off on one jacket and one pants. We had to arrange to have picked up in another city to accommodate our plans. All worked out, but stressful.

The employees were great.

Friar Tux customer service was superb. I had groomsmen from out of town and they made sure their tux were there waiting for them.

Also, I came in numerous times and they offered suggestions, helped with selections and overall was very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Service was great, fitting was easy and fast. Try on went well had to change jacket but went well and recieved on time for event. Return was easy and fast.

Working with Friar Tux was great! I used them for my wedding, and from beginning to end, everything worked out really well, and the suits themselves looked great. There were a couple of communication issues because we used two different stores as we were moving at that time. That led to some confusion between us and the stores, but we were able to ultimately get things figured out, and everyone who helped us was very nice.

Originally I had gone to Men’s Warehouse and found out that they couldn’t help me in the time I needed. So I was told to check out Friar Tux and I went and was able to fitted and get my suit in time for my event.

Rental process was easy and store employees where friendly and very helpfull.

Had to return to the store 4 times before the wedding to address significant fit issues and missing items.

Fast, affordable and efficient service

The guy who helped me was one of them smooth bruthas who turned me from a regular guy into a true playa with just a suit and some advice about wearing them. I told him "gimme a bigger size...I feel like im gonna rip this jacket when I reach down like this". He says...whatchu doin that for. Just stand up and look good. So I did! Event was great. I showed up and showed out!
