Not only did your team continuously fail me for my event I ordered bow ties to the store thinking they would understand that a week before the wedding California is the reasonable place to send our bow ties they decided to send them to illinois and wisconsin so I had to then fight your team to get them to understand that people will not be home to recieve tje when I have been actively telling them my groomsmen and dads are out of state your company should be ashamed of your customer service and I will tell everybody I know about my horrible experience so they don’t deal with your team I hope you guys go out of buisness honestly cause that **** you pulled is insane and youre all a joke

As soon as I entered I was greeted by Melody, she was very professional, charming and knowledgeable, everything was taken care of, from the measurements and fitting in about 30 minutes and when I came back for final fitting everything was perfect.
