I went in two days before the day of the wedding I was attending thinking no way they’ll have something ready by then

Quick turnaround time and even when I needed an adjustment for some pants, they were quick to respond and fix the issue.

You don’t carry a lot of colors for ties. I don’t like bow ties and this is the 2nd time I have had to purchase a tie outside of being able to rent it with the suit. So more tie selection would be good.

My rental was fine. The return was horrible. Nowhere in your terms and conditions stated water spilt would be damages.. i would have never ordered from here for my 8 year old son if I knew that. Your disclosures are horrendous.

I would leave a 10 out of 10 but the shoes were unbelievably painful to wear considering the set was a 300 dollar expense. Everything else about my experience with Friar Tux was great.

Great service, good value, very accommodating staff. Had to size up after fitting but received new pants and jacket next day in plenty of time for the event. Quality suit and will continue to rent from Friar Tux. Thanks!

Loved everything about it! Their precise measuring, making me feel completely comfortable and welcomed and the Store Manager Elizabeth was/is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's precise and knows exactly what she is doing!

The amazing customer care; Melody, took my measurements, and my sons were helped by couple of the other girls, on different days, they were all professional and very personable! And they all made sure to keep us all together! They notified us for our final fitting everyone’s suits fit perfect, and we got several compliments on how nice we looked at my daughter’s wedding! I was given the wrong size vest (Medium) when I got fitted for a 2X. Very inconvenient. I was helped by a rep to get the right size.

Friar was absolutely great! They handled everything perfectly and everything came out great. I definitely recommend them!

Overall a great experience. I appreciate that shipping is quick and it was really easy to schedule, get a size exchange, and return. My only problem was that the quality of the product was not the same as the quality of the ones we tried originally. Especially the pants and the shoes. Everything else was solid.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful to recommend what color bow tie and shoes would go with the suit we rented.

Low quality material for the Price. Spent over $200. Should have just bought my own suit.

It was quick and easy to rent a tux. It fit well and looked great!

The visit and rental of the tux suit and pants was fantastic. Elizabeth was very helpful and made sure I was fit to size . Ty and if I ever need another suit to rent, Friar Tux will be the go to place.

Not only did your team continuously fail me for my event I ordered bow ties to the store thinking they would understand that a week before the wedding California is the reasonable place to send our bow ties they decided to send them to illinois and wisconsin so I had to then fight your team to get them to understand that people will not be home to recieve tje when I have been actively telling them my groomsmen and dads are out of state your company should be ashamed of your customer service and I will tell everybody I know about my horrible experience so they don’t deal with your team I hope you guys go out of buisness honestly cause that **** you pulled is insane and youre all a joke
