Overall a great experience. I appreciate that shipping is quick and it was really easy to schedule, get a size exchange, and return. My only problem was that the quality of the product was not the same as the quality of the ones we tried originally. Especially the pants and the shoes. Everything else was solid.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful to recommend what color bow tie and shoes would go with the suit we rented.

Not only did your team continuously fail me for my event I ordered bow ties to the store thinking they would understand that a week before the wedding California is the reasonable place to send our bow ties they decided to send them to illinois and wisconsin so I had to then fight your team to get them to understand that people will not be home to recieve tje when I have been actively telling them my groomsmen and dads are out of state your company should be ashamed of your customer service and I will tell everybody I know about my horrible experience so they don’t deal with your team I hope you guys go out of buisness honestly cause that **** you pulled is insane and youre all a joke
