No improvements has been made to the facility and SYAC. Nothing has changed.

The pool is uncrowded and clean. The lifeguards are great.

I like the layout, but one elliptical has been broken in the track area for several months and a treadmill has been out or ordered for several weeks now too

The desk staff is always friendly. Shout out to Thomas and Damarius for creating a welcome environment. The Y keeps the facility clean and updated for a great experience.

The upkeep of the restrooms and gym area isn't too welcoming. The men's urinal has some type of green fungus on the pipe where you supposed to use your hand to flush.

You allowed a woman to assault me. You investigated after the assault when she was still verbally screaming at me. The same woman has harassed other women in the locker room to the point where they won’t be in the locker room alone. You allow people to play their music without headphones because your staff is so poorly trained,They don’t recognize or even know what the rules are. You allow children unsupervised, and under the age of 10 to be in the locker rooms. And now, there are so many left blocks of time for lap swims that it makes it difficult to get a lane

It’s an unsafe environment. And your staff does absolutely nothing to protect for disabled the elderly.

The housing director is very rude and it took for someone to poop all over the toilet and wall for them to fix the stall and it was broken since march of this year, the internet you can't even stream online because we(tenants) have to use the public internet which is not even a secure internet. I was given a infraction all because I was trying to find out why was I given a infraction adter letting the director know that I couldn't make the meeting and then she had employees here say that I was being confrontational in which I wasn't because I don't any kind of confrontation and it is in my medical records and my mental health records i also have a witness to how christine was literally telling lies on me and I even told her boss in which her boss never reached out to me it was christine who said she listened to me leaving a voicemail on her boss answering machine and she said that I called her a liar and I never did and when I asked if I could ask a question christine told me no I have a witness and now I don't even feel comfortable living here nor do I feel safe when trying to ask her a question about anything so me referring anyone here I won't be doing that at all.

I like that the downtown Y is not too crowded when we go there. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. It is clean and up to date.

Your people were friendly and helpful. However the lack of air conditioning made my visit very difficult at best. I don't know how you can expect people to work in that. By the time I was done I was physically ill and the students in my class were drained and unfocus. I felt that I did not serve them the best that I could because we were all sweating just sitting and talking. Don't misunderstand - I love your people and your mission. Maybe come winter!

because it is not B'ville or Fayetteville. The downtown Y should be closed not up to stanards

I love the downtown YMCA. There are no kids during the summer and I really appreciate that. The only thing that I can think of is that the pool is chilly when you first get in.

Employees were nice and the pool was amazing. Loved doing laps there on saturday

I love the people, the pool, and classes. Instructors are wonderful.

It’s all about location, location, location. I love your pool so I make the effort to come into the city and pay for parking hoping I can find a spot close enough. I think it’s different if you work downtown. The building is old. We picked up a dead ********* in the ladies locker room. Better dead than alive I guess. The staff is friendly. Like I said I love doing my workout in your pool. I also like the sauna.

The overall cleanliness of the gym has gone down hill

The staff is great but seriously the price is insane. You all make a mint and considering there are 3 months which are shorter than others due to school being out, you should offer prorated amounts.

Hi. I came to this facility a month ago and
It is pretty good. They maintain the bathrooms , halls and downstairs areas very well. Every so often, the washers malfunction, but they are fixed within the
next week. The managers in charge here
are respectful, honest and give you the welcome feeling of caring and wanting
to help you. Coming here has been an
blessing.

The women’s fitness room rowing machine has been inoperable for months. Also, I tried emailing the person listed as helping with personal training and they never responded. I’ll be going to the location at OCC this summer for my weekend goals, but I may stop being a member by the end of summer.

Somehow promote greater socializing among members , especially the older ones with the newer ones.

Unpleasant experience with front desk ladies

My son used to attend the Before School at Onondaga Road Elementary, but we had to pull him from the program. The staff members never played anything with the kids. There is a gym available for kids to go to, but the staff rarely takes them due to the fact that they are on their cell phones ALL THE TIME. There were behavior issues and bullying issues all the time mainly because the staff never interacted with any of the kids. Not impressed with this year's staff at the Onondaga Road Elementary before school program.
