Poor customer service when picking up the suit. Rep was not that interested. I was changing to see if the suit fits and make adjustments to the pants, the rep was basically helping another group while I was just standing there. That group already has a rep helping them. It's fine to give opinions in passing but making me wait there was unprofessional. Finally my rep came back and did the adjustments. Quality of the stitching was not good. When I was done, rep was already helping someone else on the counter. I was not going to wait for him finish with that customer so I started packing my own stuff so I don't have to waste more time. Another rep saw me packing and she immediately came to help me pack up and confirmed everything was good and paid for.

Poor stiching when hemming the pants. Despite purchasing the suit the stitching looks like a rental quality. It's not a nice tight finish. I will need to spend extra money outside to fix it correctly.

I would not recommend Friar Tux to anyone

Easy to get fitted. Suits delivered on time. Fast turn around for alterations. Groomsmen were easily able to obtain suits.

You don’t carry a lot of colors for ties. I don’t like bow ties and this is the 2nd time I have had to purchase a tie outside of being able to rent it with the suit. So more tie selection would be good.

My rental was fine. The return was horrible. Nowhere in your terms and conditions stated water spilt would be damages.. i would have never ordered from here for my 8 year old son if I knew that. Your disclosures are horrendous.

The customer service

Answer the phone in the store when it rings. I had a issue with my coat which was the wrong size, I first tried calling the store but no one ever answered.

I bought a suit, and mentioned that the coat sleeves were a bit long and thought the dress shirt sleeves should be seen below the suit coat sleeves. The sales rep said no it looked just right. Now after my wedding I’m reading your stylist book and all the sleeves are like I said. Will go back to get sleeves fixed.just sad the sleeves were so long and should have been fixed right from the start.

Everything was great, service was top tier and we all looked good for Keith's wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to do.
Im not a tux guy so needed advice and they helped me out with out being the least bit snooty. Had some alteration problems and they stuck with it until it was right.

Price was extremely expensive

Needed a tux same day due to a delivery snafu. Friar Tux was able to accommodate and take care of me. Outstanding service. Got me fitted and every thing I needed for the next day event. The ensemble was a hit. Thank you very much.

I would leave a 10 out of 10 but the shoes were unbelievably painful to wear considering the set was a 300 dollar expense. Everything else about my experience with Friar Tux was great.

The child vest rental we received was comically small. It only worked when covered by the blazer. My nephew who was the exact same size and rented his outfit at the same time received a properly sized vest.

Loved everything about it! Their precise measuring, making me feel completely comfortable and welcomed and the Store Manager Elizabeth was/is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's precise and knows exactly what she is doing!
