Entire experience was great. Walked in day before a wedding with little to no clue what I needed or what would look good. From the start, they walked me through my options, gave me valuable and needed advice and took their time to make sure the look and fit was amazing. Highly recommend.

Was measured by employee and even asked how I liked the fit of the shirt and I specified loose fit. Upon pickup of my rental shirt wouldn’t even button up so different employee brought me all that was available next size up but unfortunately arm length was way to long so had to settle for shirt hanging past coat arm length. Not good considering I was measured, also day of pickup had to wait over 30 minutes as employees were late to open store. Very unprofessional employees showing up that late while customers wait.

I was traveling in from the East Coast for a conference during one of the evening events we were told to wear white Tux and Tails at first. I look for rental place in Ontario area and found your location. The staff was very nice and said it wouldn't be a problem They could send items to me or since I was arriving early do the fitting upon arrival. 2 weeks prior the event changed to white suit I called and they said we can also do that too. Upon arrival the staff was knowledgeable and inviting I stop in on Saturday my suit was ready Monday evening. This kind of service is beyond awesome the suit fit great you guys relieved my stress and it was a great event and the return process was easy and quickly done Thank you for your professional staff and the cost to rent a suit in short time.

The service provided by Tiffany and Selena was excellent. I needed a suit for the next day, the shop had what I needed and I was able to leave the shop a very satisfied customer.

And they all made sure to keep us all together! They notified us for our final fitting everyone’s suits fit perfect, and we got several compliments on how nice we looked at my daughter’s wedding! The service was Horrible from beginning to the end our suits can all wrong and not fitting us when we picked up our suits. Wrong size pants and my son’s jacket was not tailored wrong and the Manager didn’t accommodate us like she was supposed to to her name was Faith from the Brea location. We all live and Learn I guess it was horrible service, We will never rent from there again.

Most of the wedding party had issues with the tailoring of the suit or minor missing items including myself. Nothing terrible but also not the easiest. Overall ok experience.

My pants weren’t the right size and my pants length is not what I requested. Jacket was too big as well. It didn’t feel comfortable.

Rude measures wrong had my wife drive there not one not twice but 3 time each time taking an hour and half wrong every time the last time they wanted me to pay for the items made my wife mad on her birthday with his disrespect and in professionalism

The time they took to make sure everything was right no matter how many times we had to try stuff on.

Staff made this process easy.

First jacket I received was too broad. The person who recommended we shorten the arms. The next jacket showed up with arms that were too short. So I had to pay for another jacket, which showed up in the wrong color. The store couldn’t be reached to overnight the correct jacket, and I had to scramble for a shipping address near the wedding. The shoes were awful cheap, slick soled, and uncomfortable… they look like they came off a corpse at a funeral.

We used Friar Tux to rent suits for my husband, his best man, and his father for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, Friar Tux in Brea was phenomenal. The suit fittings and colors were perfect and everything was shipped and delivered early with zero issues. Everyone I spoke to at this location was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. The return process was super simple as well. I genuinely can’t recommend Friar Tux enough!

The pants didn’t fit right

We had a good first visit and we were really confident at choosing you guys for our wedding party but then after the first visit, everytime we returned a piece of our order was wrong or employees weren't on the same page

The person who assisted was truly a professional he knew his job to the tee and was soooooo patient

My husband and I recently rented tuxedos for a special event. The associate who assisted us during the fitting was courteous and professional, and based on that experience, we felt confident that our tuxedos would be correctly sized at pickup. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Because we were pressed for time when picking up our order, we were unable to try on the items in-store. On the day of the event, we discovered multiple issues that significantly impacted our experience.

For my order (38-112171), the vest was far too large, and the shirt was the wrong size entirely. The collar would not button, making it impossible to wear the shirt, vest, or bow tie. It was embarrassing to attend a black‑tie event without a bow tie due to these sizing errors.

For my husband’s order (38-112173), the vest was too small and could not be buttoned, and the pants were also too small, leaving him unable to wear them. He was forced to wear mismatched items as a result.

We were extremely disappointed with how these issues affected our very special event. After a professional fitting and clear expectations, the outcome fell far below what we anticipated.
