My sons and I have been clients of Floyd’s Copppell since it opened. The staff has changed a lot over the years but the experience and quality of service has not. I highly recommend them. PS Ask for Katie. She is THE BEST

The service was fine, but the wall decor and art was so inappropriate that I wouldn’t want to tell anyone about it

The hairstylist did not listen to what I wanted and started trimming my hair in the back. I had her stop and requested that I be given another stylist. The second stylist did a wonderful job repairing the damage but I ended up with a super short haircut that was not what I wanted.

If you're there for a basic clean up or haircut, this is the place to be.

Every time Ive tried Floyd’s 99 Coppell, there’s a non scissors , “clipper” using stylist/barber with no understanding knowledge of what “layer” haircuts are. My hair comes out heavy in spots or GONE more than I want!!!!!!

Great service, nice cut

After my haircut, which was pleasant enough, my barber asked me if there was anything else. I responded with “would you mind cleaning up my beard”. My barber told me “I don’t have time”. I asked if she was being serious and she said yes, she was. This ending to my trip completely ruined the experience. I would have waited for a different person if she was leaving for the day. I understand the beard trim was not discussed at the beginning of the cut. But I was offered no solution. Just a frank, “I don’t have time”. It left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning. No hair wash offered. No product offered or styling to my hair after the cut. All the extra touches that makes me choose Floyd’s over a competitor were not there.

I like this barbershop because it is efficient and easy and because the stylists are competent and often friendly!

Jake apparently didn't listen during private consultation. After his first cut with the trimmer, it was too late to stop him. He cut much shorter than I requested and needs to learn what layers mean in hair styling. I requested layering but dont see any layers.

Always fast and efficient. Customer focused! I like the reminder calls a couple of hours before the appointment!

I would recommend Katie. I wouldn’t recommend the entire shop because I don’t have experience with anyone else

Kimmy T is amazing!!!

We have used Katie for years. In fact, we followed her to your location. We have referred numerous people, mainly my son's age, to come and have a visit. She has never disappointed.

My stylist ended early and didn't trim around my ears and seemed like he was done. The back needs to be cleaned up and it looks off. I tried to have him correct it but he barely did anything. I dont know if he had another person waiting but I felt rushed. No neck shave and bland service. I go to Floyd's because it's usually a guaranteed great haircut but I was incredibly disappointed with my cut.

The barber was great & executed the haircut request for my child to perfection. Appt. was kept & was ready on time. Friendly & courteous . Will come back & highly recommended .

Your staff is friendly and accommodating. Two of my sons and my husband are clients. They've been very happy with the service they've been given. One of my Sons is a young adult on the Autism spectrum and he's been going to Floyd's for years. The stylists are always patient and helpful with him. He can be a bit sensitive to touch and sensory issues. A lot of my friends have a hard time finding compassionate hair stylists for their kids but we've always had a good experience because they are aware of his behavior and take their time.
