I get very mixed results at this barbershop.

The cut felt really rushed. I'm talking less than 10 minutes. The cut was fine (I had to ask for it to be cut slightly shorter), but it just felt really odd that it was so quick. Even though my hair is on the shorter side, I am used to most of my cuts taking 20-30 mins, which at least allows me to relax somewhat.

Super disappointed in my haircut. Stylist didn’t really speak the entire appointment. I took a risk and went to Edina vs north loop. The receptionist was lovely.

I had a great experience with Souza. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of rushing through the haircut. I was looking for a clean, low taper fade with enough length on top to style back, and he absolutely nailed it. On top of that, he’s easy to talk to and made the whole appointment enjoyable. I left feeling like I finally found my barber. Highly recommend asking for Souza!

Truly the worst haircut I have ever received, had to go another place to get it corrected and the barbers quote was “did you go to great clips or do this yourself”

This place needs an overhaul and serious customer service training. There is no sense of feeling welcome or that the staff want you to be a happy customer.
