Parking is a mess in the neighborhood, not much you can do about that.

Plenty of chairs. Cutter was very patient with me trying to describe my length or want then she nailed it.

Hannah is hands down the best stylist I've ever had. Every time I leave, my haircut looks better than any I've gotten before—she's consistent, detail-oriented, and just really knows what she's doing. Highly recommend her if you want a top-tier cut.

Cisco Ramirez has been my barber for around 40 years! There's gotta be a reason for that. The reason Is, is that he's a true artist in whatever he does. by the way, he's also a visual artist (painter) .Check him out. Anyway, I can't say enough about Cisco. He's the best!

I always get a solid haircut there. That said the quality varies from stylist to stylist and even from visit to visit. Also, I'd by much more likely to recommend if you reopened your uptown location

Easy walk ins and talented staff. Great for kids.

The service is pretty inconsistent stylist to stylist. For example, who applies a hot towel during the shampoo? Does that stylist know how to correctly and comfortably layer the towel on? Does the stylist offer a massage during the shampoo? Does the stylist offer any product after the cut? Does the stylist offer a razor clean on the back of the neck? All of these little rituals make or break the haircut experience. If I just wanted my hair sheared off with no extra treatment, I'd go to great clips.

It's fine. My kid got a descent cut. I don't say anything at the time- but the cut wasn't really the picture her had picked. It seemed more like they did what they are used to doing. Also afterwards they charged him as an adult and there really isn't clear communication about the age cut off. But we've been to a lot of places and stylists and barbers seem to cut kids hair the way they are use to, not really they way we ask with a picture. He just turned 12 and he is really flexible so not a huge issue. But it I want more intention I'd probably pick a different location.
