I originally came in to see Megan, but since she was on vacation, the girl upfront suggested another stylist, named Roxane.
I specifically asked to trim my hair shoulder length, since my hair was way too long. She completely butchered my hair. She cut everything off without stopping once to check if I like the length. I can hardly put it into a ponytail, and it’s been a week.
This woman should not touch women’s hair at all. She did not know what she was doing and it will take me months to regrow my hair back.
Because of stylists like that I never want to go cut my hair again, let alone in your establishment.
I was absolutely devastated and I would never recommend your place to others.

You’re priced are too high. I got a haircut and a shave for 105 dollars. Outrageous!

Always great. Thanks to the team for consistently great service and hair cuts. I think some folks think Floyds is just for men and I love getting my long curly hair cut there.

I rarely have enough control of my schedule to book an appointment, and this barber almost never has walk-in appointments. If walk-ins could be reserved at a certain time of day, or day of the week, it would make it much easier to come in more often, and would give you a leg up over your local competition, which I often go to when you are too busy.

Sarah R. cut my hair at Floyd’s Barbershop, Erie location and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She did a wonderful job, and I’ve received many compliments. Sarah is talented, professional, and pays attention to detail. I’m proud to recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut!

This place is cool. Rock and Roll all over the walls, interesting atmosphere with appropriate music and a great haircut. Other barber shops are obsolete. This is coming from an 80 year old dude!

J was great! Friendly, listened to what I wanted, confirmed length and style and did a great job! The shop was clean, appointment started right on time. Highly recommend!

Your stylist both did not listen to my requests but also seemed uncomfortable doing the cut and any corrections. In the end I had to go home and take clippers to my sons hair as it was so uneven. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The other locations stylist’s don’t really communicate well and are there to just work but at Erie it’s more welcoming and calmer

I don't feel like the barbers knew what they were doing, if you don't give them specific instructions. My hair was long and I said cut it short and make it look good. This was puzzling for them. You can see my hair, my head, and my face, just make it look nice. Perhaps that is too much to ask
