Can’t really chill with all the loud punk rock music

Judy is in to continual improvement. Each time I come in, she remembers things about my hair that we've discussed before and takes the time to add additional value to my aging-hair (80) situation.

Not be so expensive, a haircut should not be over 35, me and 2 kids is over 100 bucks. Just getting really expensive

I rarely have enough control of my schedule to book an appointment, and this barber almost never has walk-in appointments. If walk-ins could be reserved at a certain time of day, or day of the week, it would make it much easier to come in more often, and would give you a leg up over your local competition, which I often go to when you are too busy.

Sarah R. cut my hair at Floyd’s Barbershop, Erie location and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She did a wonderful job, and I’ve received many compliments. Sarah is talented, professional, and pays attention to detail. I’m proud to recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut!

This place is cool. Rock and Roll all over the walls, interesting atmosphere with appropriate music and a great haircut. Other barber shops are obsolete. This is coming from an 80 year old dude!

J was great! Friendly, listened to what I wanted, confirmed length and style and did a great job! The shop was clean, appointment started right on time. Highly recommend!

Your stylist both did not listen to my requests but also seemed uncomfortable doing the cut and any corrections. In the end I had to go home and take clippers to my sons hair as it was so uneven. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The other locations stylist’s don’t really communicate well and are there to just work but at Erie it’s more welcoming and calmer

I don't feel like the barbers knew what they were doing, if you don't give them specific instructions. My hair was long and I said cut it short and make it look good. This was puzzling for them. You can see my hair, my head, and my face, just make it look nice. Perhaps that is too much to ask

I was told by the front desk that my person I booked could not do what I wanted. However, my dad talked with J about the haircut and he said he would be able to do that. So I was disappointed that I was told not to go to J. I was not too happy with the cut either.

I don't recommend random well known chain stores to my friends. Also, don't you dare tell me what my score means. This score has nothing to do with my experience, I'm just not allowed to opt out of the question which apparently isn't actually asking what the words are asking.
