I was a walk-in. This was my first visit. Alex cut my hair just as I requested. I moved to Texas almost a year ago and have tried several different barbers who never came close to doing what I asked and it was painful in my effort to get them to trim it correctly

I love the art and music here. I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the stickers! They have a good variety of services to achieve the look they want and hairstylists that communicate well and check in during the service often to make sure everything is going well and the customer is still onboard. I really appreciate the attentiveness.

We walked in for a haircut. The stylist looked at a couple of pictures and talked with my son. We were very happy with the cut and service.

Great haircut, the barber was interesting, didn’t hear any Springsteen but no one is perfect

They had me wait for walk ins even though I had a reservation. Hairstylist was not friendly at all.

Stylist took a smoke break at 1:30 when my appointment was scheduled (any available barber/sylist). Came back at 1:55pm and smelled like an ash tray. I was there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and had to sit there for 30 minutes. 4 front desk girls/stylist were on their phones the entire time and did not acknowledge that I was pointlessly waiting. Another gentleman had an appointment at 1:30 and also had to sit there for 30 minutes and expressed his frustrations with me. Multiple people came in and went straight to a stylist before us. Overall a terrible experience. Will be scheduling my next haircut with Him Barbers down the road.

Over all most of my experiences are fine. Yesterday was horrible. Had to go back after getting home because i did not realize how bad it was. Amelia?? Jumped in and fixed it right away. She understood and could tell it was an initial bad cut. Looked great after the second cut with the different stylists. I wouldn’t recommend Floyd’s but wouldn’t say not to go there either.
