Was my first visit and had good experience. I need more visits to really promote your shop

We walked in at 5:45. It realizing you closed at 6:00. You said you were good to go ahead and cut and did a great job figuring out what a 12 year old wanted and you did it with a smile!

This is FAIL on Floyd's part because the stylist I originally scheduled the appointment with was a NO-SHOW. And this was especially irritating given the fact that the day before I was bombarded with reminder emails that I had an early morning appointment that I needed to show up for. So hold your customer accountable but not your employees. Go figure. And I got the feeling that this was already known that said stylist wasn't going to be there as there was no concern or apology but that if I still wanted the services I had requested then they could find a fill in. And I guess they didn't want to lose the business so their thought was to have me come all the way out there and make an impromptu decision as opposed to calling to inform me beforehand. So given limited options and in need of a haircut I went ahead with the change.

I have had the same barber for years. He knows what guard to use and the style of haircut without me having to tell him each time. I also like the availability of booking through the app so I can see my barber’s availability and book accordingly.
