I have never had a bad experience at Floyd's. The staff is always friendly and I always get a good haircut.

I only asked for a trip for my son and the stylist took off a lot of hair. I showed a picture what I wanted and my sons hair looking nothing like it

I had an appt set for 10:30am. We were not seen until 10:45 AM. I was thinking maybe our Barber/stylist was just running behind, but that was not the case. The person who ended up taking my son was actually just sitting down talking for 15 minutes before he took my son. Then at the end I was asked to buy a five dollar booklet of coupons. I specifically asked if I could use one of the coupons for today’s service and was told yes so then I paid for the service and went to use the coupon and then was told that I was not able to use the coupon at that point I already paid for the booklet of coupons

On line scheduling, on time appt with stylist, listen carefully to what expectation for today's cut, attention to detail.

Untrained employees is a constant issue. I've never been to a barbershop where almost no one can fade hair.

Bit on they pricey side, but worth it when I need that professional eye to get right for an event.

Mandy has been our favorite stylist for over 11 yrs. We’ve literally followed her from location to location as yall have relocated her across the metroplex. She’s very special to us! She’s been cutting my son’s hair and does a shark shave design each yr prior to shark week. My son has a variety of complex medical conditions and she is the BEST

Easy to book spot w my stylist.

Have been going to Floyd’s 99, Frisco for the last year. Have exclusively had Jessica cut my very unruly hair. She has done a great job & I will continue requesting her forever or until I leave this earth! All kidding aside, I give Jessica & Floyd’s 99 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
